| We booked the cottage for our extended family for a few nights. Great location and beautiful cottage with plenty of room and amenities. We had a few minor inconveniences (cleaning wasn't quite finished, ant problem in the bunker) and we had to bring up our own drinking water, which the host had pre-informed us about. The host was available to answer any questions and handle any concerns we had. They also were accommodating regarding our dogs.
Overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it.

| We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The property was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and exactly as described—the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together.
A special thank-you to our wonderful host, Meera Sharma. Whenever I called or had a question, she responded promptly and was always helpful and accommodating. Her excellent hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this cottage to others. Five stars!

| I had booked this cottage for my brother's bachelor weekend and was very excited after seeing the pictures. I had several questions about the place before we came up and found that the owner had great communication and a very quick response time. We showed up a on the day of arrival and found the place to be spotless and all the necessities in order. The cottage itself was gorgeous and well maintained and the views from the dock and the balcony were breathtaking. The hot tub was in such a great location so that we could see the water and was also very clean. I had a couple questions on some nearby restaurants and some things to do during our stay and the owners gave us a long and great list of some things nearby (I would recommend Mrs. H's Fish and Chips). Overall we had a great stay and most importantly my brother had a great time which was the whole point of this trip!!

| We chose this cottage because of its proximity to Toronto and the higher sleeping capacity. We found the spacious common areas worked well for our large group. The kids enjoyed the indoor entertainment including a billiards table and two foosball tables. The outdoor area and lake are beautiful.
There are some issues that the owners need to address about the property, particularly in terms of maintenance. Some of the boating equipment was in a poor state of repair (e.g., a kayak with a broken seat, a broken oar for the canoe, life jackets that were dirty). While the rental was largely in order when we arrived, we did notify the owner of some areas left uncleaned (sand on the floor by the back door, dirty linens in a pile in the basement, garbage in the kitchen). When asked about this, the owners offered to have the cleaners return during our visit.
This lack of tidiness may have been due to our early check-in. The owner had emailed on the morning of our departure to say she had double-booked and that we would have to check-out a day earlier than planned. As a solution, we were allowed to come early, so we quickly packed and left ahead of schedule. We learned later on the road that the double-booking had been resolved and we could stay for our entire visit. We also received mix-messages about checking out, with an agreed-upon later check-out time subsequently rescinded by the owner due to another booking error.

We provided an early check-in at 1:00 p.m. instead of our standard 4:00 p.m. check-in, and also allowed a late check-out until 2:00 p.m. to make your stay more convenient. Regarding communication, we responded promptly to your calls and messages throughout your stay and worked quickly to resolve the booking issue before it affected your vacation. While there was an administrative error, it was corrected immediately so your reservation proceeded as planned. We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously. Had any of the issues mentioned been reported during your stay, we would have addressed them right away. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to further improve the guest experience. | Cottage is wonderful, spacious and modern with plenty of amenities. Great location on a picturesque lake, well decorated and comfortable. Had an excellent stay, would definitely recommend!
