| We just got back from renting this wonderful cottage from Wendy and Dan and had the best time! We loved the cottage the minute we stepped inside. Extremely clean and more spacious than expected. My husband and I rented it on our own, but could easily rent it with another couple and not get in each other's way. The kitchen was well stocked, plus the Keurig was a nice bonus. The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed, his & hers walk-in closet and a walk-in shower that's been recently updated. There are two living rooms with very comfortable seating and a dining room with a large table. The back deck is spacious with lots of comfortable seating around a table with a gas fire pit for heat at night and a well-kept BBQ. There's a view of the lake through the trees, but it's a quick walk down to watch spectacular sunsets. There are 3 Muskoka chairs at the beach and a picnic table, which was great, as we didn't need to bring chairs with us. The cottage is centrally located so it's a 10-to-20-minute drive for day trips to Bayfield, Goderich, Clinton, Grand Bend etc. The owners live next door, but there's lots of privacy and they are super friendly and helpful with anything needed and readily available to answer any questions. We are already looking forward to renting this cottage again next year! Thank you, Wendy and Dan, for making our week so memorable!

| Wow ! Cottage is VERY clean and has everything you need ! Lots of space both inside and out . All the extra touches and supplies were so appreciated; beach blanket , games , towels, toiletries, information binder , etc . Beds were super comfy and linens and blankets were nicer than my own at home !
Sunset watching and swimming by moonlight is highly recommended . Even the neighbours are awesome ! Beautiful fire pit out back with lots of seating . Close to shopping in Grand Bend and Bayfield for all your needs . Absolutely gorgeous!!!

| Cottage is fine but when it comes to payment/charges it's not clear. When we booked the place we assumed that if we left the place dirty, there will be $150 cleaning fee so we cleaned the place pretty neat but we were charged $150 anyway saying due to covid they need to do further cleaning which I am not impressed at all.

Réponse proprio: Hi I'm really sorry for the confusion, we really appreciate how clean you left the cottage however we still need to do our due diligence and ensure everything is perfect for the next guests. We still have to clean based on covid protocols and change all the bedding. Wipe and wash all light switches, window cranks, Vacuum and mop everywhere check that all the dishes are clean etc. We thought we were clear in the contract that there is a $500 security deposit which is returned minus $150 cleaning fee. We are sorry you feel disappointed with the cleaning fee charge. | |

| We spent 9 days in this lovely cabin that feels more like a home away from home than a cabin. We loved the large bedrooms since we were travelling with 2 teenage sons and that the master bedroom is on the other side of the house. It would also be a great layout for 2 couples and you still get lots of privacy.
We had everything we need and the owners were generous enough to pick up some breakfast groceries and leave them for us since we were flying in from out of province and would arrive late.
The owner was available when needed but also have us our space.
It's a few mins down to a fairly private beach. Quite a few stairs if you have mobility issues but they are sturdy and easy to walk. Part rocky and part sand. The water was fabulous and we explored for beach glass. Very close to 2 cute little towns with lots to explore.
We definitely plan to stay here again.

| We had an amazing stay at this well appointed cottage. The cottage itself is stunning with all of the beautiful wood throughout, comfortable beds and some gorgeous antique furniture! This was our first stay since COVID hit and we were hesitant about going away however, the level of cleanliness was flawless. The kitchen is fully stocked, and even included the morning coffee! All amenities have been carefully thought of including linens, cooking spices, kitchen gadgets and a brand new BBQ! The owners are next store and they checked in a few times during our stay to make sure we had everything. The beach is gorgeous and the atmosphere is quiet and tranquil - perfect for a family getaway. We highly recommend this peace of paradise to anyone!
