| We just spent our FIFTH summer beach holiday at Retreat on Ridgewood and we're waiting for the 2027 dates to open to rebook! We are a large, extended family and the cottage and Bunkie couldn't be more accommodating. A great private back yard for kids/grandkids, a well set up fire pit, the park is a lovely short walk and the beach couldn't be more perfect for all ages. There are so many amenities in both the cottage (love the new fridge) and Bunkie and the owners take a lot of (well deserved) pride in their customer service. We want for nothing except sunshine every day we're there!

| We just stayed at the Retreat on Ridgewood for our second time, and will definitely be returning again!
We rented the bunkie as well, and it is the perfect spot for our group of teenagers to hangout. The main cottage is very clean, spacious and the kitchen has everything you need! We have rented multiple cottages/houses and this one has the best stocked kitchen by far!
The back patio is the perfect space to cook, eat and just hang out. We also enjoyed many campfires while watching the light show from the fireflies … so cool!
The soft, sandy beach is just a short walk away! There are stores close by as well, and the kids enjoy biking and walking to town for ice cream.
We had a wonderful week with our family and friends and are already planning our holiday for next year!

| We had a lovely 2 week vacation.
The cottage met all our expectations and then some. We would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. The beach is just a short walk from the cottage and a great firepit area is available in the beautiful backyard.

| We had a wonderful stay at the Retreat on Ridgewood - it was clean, comfortable and inviting. The cottage is located in a great spot for a morning or evening stroll with easy access to the beach. The weather during the week of our stay was not as great as we would have hoped, but having a comfortable place to spend time together certainly helped - we found something to do each day.
You can tell the hosts were thoughtful in making the Retreat easy to use (many small kitchen appliances, cutlery, dishes, cleaning supplies, etc.) and were very easy to get in touch with from the moment I inquired about booking. Would certainly recommend to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

| We had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious, exactly like the pictures. It is around the corner from the beach, a 3 minute walk at an adult pace. And the beach is AMAZING! You are close to a playground which was super useful for the kids. We had some hiccups during our stay and the hosts were easy to contact and got everything resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here.
