| Had a great Christmas getaway with my family. The place was clean and cozy and spacious for big family like us. Host was attentive with our concerns even tho it's holiday. Looking forward to stay again here.

| We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Kawartha Hideway Cottage. Great amenities and lots of activities to keep everyone busy from canoeing, kayaking, hiking or playing in the sandbox. The cottage was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. We could not have asked for better. It was very easy dealing with the renter. Very professional and provided lots of info. He made himself available 24/7 if you needed him.
It was a fantastic fall escape. The entire family had a great time.

| Just as everyone else here has mentioned, the hosts were very attentive and helpful. The cleaning crew was unable to make it before our stay due to unforeseen circumstances, and the hosts were very communicative and helpful in reaching an agreement. They made sure we had a great time. The place was a lot of fun, and contrary to what others have written, because they installed a new pump or something you can actually swim a little by the dock! The paddle board's steering was a bit off but we had a ton of fun with it along with the canoes and kayaks! We had 14 people there, and there were plenty of sheets/blankets, and the pull-out couches worked great. We were worried about not having enough fridge space for all of us but it worked out just fine.

| Great cottage loved by all three generations of our family! Very nicely appointed cottage that you can tell has been well cared for. Beautiful location, watching sunsets each night from the fire pit. Sand area for the kids to play in with steps into the shallow lake entry. Multiple deck options (full sun vs. shade) for the adults and a games room that kept us busy whenever the weather wasn't cooperating. Though the area of the lake that the cottage is located on has a lot of vegetation (lily pads etc.), the owner has taken steps to clear a good sized swimming area and installed an Aqua Thruster to keep weeds from growing in the swimming area. Great fishing for the kids off the dock and quiet peaceful area of the lake for kayaking with lots of wildlife spotted such as turtles, swans, osprey, frogs, ducks, catfish, sunfish, bass and more. The owner was great with clear communication and instructions, as well as tips for fishing. We highly recommend this cottage.

| This was an excellent stay! There were 16 of us and there was more than enough room for everyone. It was very clean, and the games room is definitely a great touch. The renter was great and had awesome communication. I will definitely be booking with them again!
