| This adorable gem was a wonderful place to get some much needed R & R. From the beautiful fall colours everywhere you look, to the waves rolling in on the lake and the brightest stars at night, we had the most relaxing and stress free time.
The owner was exceptional in communicating with us. He accommodated our trip with very little notice and everything about the cottage and stay was accurate and organized. Prices were very fair.
The cottage itself offered many things to do. The hot tub and giant outdoor games were wonderful. We appreciated all the small touches that make a getaway spot feel like home. The dinner table was beautifully set with autumn place settings. Bathroom toiletries and household cleaners were plentiful. Beds, pillows and comforters were clean and comfortable.
Although we vacationed here in autumn, we could see that this would be an incredible summer spot especially for a family with kids. Water activities are provided, (kayaks, wakeboard, floating pad) giant outdoor games, hammocks and ping pong, 4 bikes, cool covered outdoor bbq/bar/tiki hut. Fully fenced yard. Everything was well maintained and you could tell that safety was a priority for these owners.
We had a great time and once again, we appreciated the ease with which we were able to coordinate everything with the owner. Highly recommend

| Great place to stay. Very nice, clean, peaceful and one bonus was an amazing Firestove to heat up inside. Thank you very much. We enjoyed the stay and looking forward to revisiting for another stay in the future!

| Great cottage and location. Owner very responsive to any issues or questions and this was our 6th straight year staying at the cottage on Evans point. So many outdoor amenities to keep everyone active through the week and great lakefront cottage with easy access to Dunnville and Port Dover for day trips. Would definitely recommend for a great family vacation rental.

| This is the epitome of cottage life in every way.
I cannot recommend it highly enough . Wilson is an excellent host and immediately responsive to anything you need. There are not enough stars for this place.

| The cottage was pristine and beautiful, the water was amazing though I recommend water shoes as it is a little rocky. Wilson was a wonderful attentive host! When we had questions he was super prompt to make sure everything was perfect.
