| Amazing location that was a perfect place for our family of 4 for a week. Spacious and clean, this cottage has a beautiful front and rear yard, as well as a bonus covered rear porch perfect for those rainy days. Very well appointed kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! The rear yard with fire pit is very quiet as this place backs onto trees. Lots of room to park as well. Park Lane is a super quiet street great for families and the location is a short walk to the beach or to any of Turkey Points great restaurants. Rick and his wife are very attentive and gracious hosts! We would love to come back!!

| This was a great cottage for our family. Lots of room for the grandchild as well as big backyard. Easy walk to the beach and the main area. Hope to get back next year.

| We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. The porches were a perfect bonus, especially the lovely back covered porch; while it rained we could still enjoy being outdoors. This cottage was ideally situated for us, in a quiet area, with a large private yard, but still really close to the beach and park. Very clean, with lots of light and space to feel at home.
Great communication and support from our host Tyler also. We loved the welcome basket on our arrival! Can't wait to come back again next year.

| Great spot, close to the beach and local restaurants. Very clean and bright, host Tyler was very easy to get a hold of and helpful. Will be re renting next year.

| This cottage is an excellent place to stay. Tyler was friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the welcome basket.
The cottage is charming, cozy and very clean. We only had one rainy day and we could still go outside on the beautiful large covered deck to enjoy the day.
It's great because it is pet friendly and we were able to take our dog, who loved the large yards :)
