| -Extremely easy to get ahold of renter
-very nice place right across the road from the beach
-owner is extremely nice and left it very clean and ready to use for us when we got there! Very easy to find and room to park aswell

| We had an amazing time at this newly renovated, lifted beach cottage! The location couldn't be better just across the road from the stunning Turkey Point beach. It was so convenient being able to step out the door and be right at the beach for a swim, stroll, or sunbathing. We all enjoyed the incredible sunrises and sunsets over Lake Erie too. A bonus, if you're a birdwatcher, the deck is the perfect spot to relax and watch the birds there's a beautiful variety around.

| What a great place. Right across from lake. Watching all the birds and bikers go by as was Friday the 13th in Dover. The decor is so so cute and lots of supplies.Wonderful front deck to enjoy the view. We rarely left the deck. Sorry neighbours - we were a bit loud at times- 4 retired psych nurses having a great time. Thank u for allowing us to enjoy your great cottage- hopefully be back next year.

| The cottage was very clean and very cute. It had everything we needed except linens. We loved the big deck in the front and spent a lot of time there.
The only cons for my group were that the cottage was a lot smaller than expected and the loft and steep stairs were not friendly for small children. The open concept bathroom was also a bit of a surprise upon arrival and took some coordination within our group . Jodi was also lovely and very pleasant.
All around, the area and cottage were a great time for us and we would return again if it was more child friendly or when our kids are a bit older.

| Very clean, cozy cottage, enough room for the whole family. A bunch of board games were provided, which came in handy on a rainy day. The spacious shower and large water tank was a nice addition as running low on hot water is a regular occurance. Would definitely stay again!
