| Overall a great cottage. Very clean and modern. The kitchen is very well equipped. I loved the 2 docks, 1 for the boat and 1 for lounging and swimming. the owner was very responsive to any inquiries. There are a number of stairs down to the lake, but they are very well built and have a great solid handrail. Made it easy for the older guests. Would definitely book here again.

| Our family of 15 just returned from a week at Mursal Lakehouse and it was spectacular!
I would be remiss if I didn't start with the booking experience?.the property manager is amazing! Zack was always available to answer questions promptly and with great detail.
The lakehouse is as stunning and spacious as the pictures would have you believe; the cleaning crew do a fantastic job, including lovely, clean linens on all the beds, hand towels in the washrooms and kitchen.
Even with 15 people, there was lots of room. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was lovely to have sliding doors to the dining room to split up the main floor space. The shuffleboard table in the lower level was a huge hit for a rainy day tournament!
Outside, the decks are huge and overlook the beautiful property, fire pit area, and lakefront.
There are about 20 stairs down, but they have been very thoughtfully designed; path is curved and stairs are not steep; there is a sturdy railing all the way down, and a bench about halfway. Our group ages range from 9 to 73, and everyone did fine.
The lakefront docks and amenities are incredible! Docks easily accommodated 15 people swimming, fishing, kayaking, sunbathing, paddle boarding!
The water was lovely and clean. No beach entrance but the kids had a blast jumping off the docks, where it is quite deep. Also, the swim ladders are very well designed for all ages.
Very grateful for the incredible memories made at Mursal Lakehouse!

| This cottage was beautiful inside and out. Had everything we needed and more. The landscaping and view from balcony and dock was amazing. Kids loved Fishing from the docks and swimming and using the kayaks. Nicest cottage we gave ever rented.

| Our stay at Mursal Lake was magical. Nestled in a lush forest, this charming retreat perfectly blends rustic and modern style and comfort. The cozy decor and spacious living area, with large windows offering stunning lake views, made us feel right at home. The well-equipped kitchen and delightful fireplace added to the charm.
All of the bedrooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with high-quality linens ensuring a restful sleep. The private dock and MULTIPLE seating areas provided endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure. The lake was also perfect for swimming or paddling, and was definitely a highlight.
The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Mursal Lake is ideal for anyone seeking peace and a connection with nature. We left very rejuvenated and content, already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!

| Our group of 12 spent Thanksgiving weekend here and we had the most amazing time! The cottage is on a large plot of land, nestled within beautiful forested area. The kids loved the spacious area out front where they spent many hours on the swing set, playing badminton, and video games in the cozy bunkie. The cottage itself was spotless and felt like something out of a magazine. The contractor in our group commented on how well built and designed the cottage is and I couldn't agree more. We didn't get to enjoy much time on the dock or lake due to weather, but found plenty of things indoors to help occupy our time. We still managed to pull in 5 decent sized small mouth bass just off the dock. We have booked many cottages over the past several years and this one definitely takes top spot on our list! Will be back!
