| My family and I rented Birchwood Lakehouse for a summer getaway. I can not recommend it enough, the entire experience was fantastic.
Sara is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The cottage is clean and the grounds well maintained. The private beach is very nice and definitely private. We hardly saw any other people by the water all week. There are quite a bit of stairs to get down to it, but it's well worth it.
I definitely would have no hesitation booking this cottage again.

| We had an amazing stay at this cottage! It was the perfect place to relax while still having plenty to do. The property is packed with amenities, from water toys that kept everyone entertained on the lake to outdoor games that made for lots of family fun. The beach was beautiful and perfect for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the scenery. In the evenings, we loved gathering around the stunning firepit—it was such a cozy spot to unwind, make s'mores, and watch the sunset. The cottage was well-equipped, clean, and thoughtfully set up to make our stay comfortable. Whether you're looking for adventure or a peaceful getaway, this place has something for everyone. We highly recommend it and would definitely love to come back!

| We just returned from a glorious week at Birchwood Lakehouse. The location is superb. Gorgeous views of the majestic Lake Huron and private access to an enormous beach.
The cottage itself was extremely well appointed and we loved the bonus of the bunkie, complete with TV for watching Netflix.
We took full advantage of the supply of board games and greatly appreciated all the helpful suggestions made by Sara for local restaurants and activities.
Proximity to Grand Bend can't be beat and we also made a little jaunt to nearby Bayfield which was incredibly quaint and lovely.
Sara was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. We would happily stay again!
