| Turns out you only turn 50 once, which is probably a good thing because I wouldn't want to spend another $5,000 for two nights like this. My friends and family paid a lot of money to make this birthday weekend special, and instead we spent it dealing with no power, no water, and all the headaches that came with it.
No Generator meant no flushing toilets, no proper refrigeration for the days of food it takes to feed 20+ people, and just a pompous owner who offered no solution for any of it. The Cottage was without power for 26 of 48 hrs, and reached inside temps of 36 degrees for a good chunk of those 26 hrs. No use of the selling features either.
The Bay is all seaweed, and full of snapping turtles so don't plan on swimming. Not as advertised!
This isn't the kind of place you rent on a whim or plan to come back to every year. It's the kind of place you book for a milestone birthday. So being offered a free day if I book again is a bit ironic—I don't plan on having another 50th birthday.
I mostly feel bad for the people who spent their hard-earned money to celebrate with me and didn't get the weekend we all paid for.

| Just returned from a week long stay with my family of 10 and we had the absolute best time at the Lake House. So much fun playing on the par 3 hole, the putt putt course, the arcade games and loved exploring the lake with the kayaks and canoes. Also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and around the beautiful fire pit.
So much to do you will never be bored during your stay. Home and amenities are plentiful and beautiful and Jeremy is the nicest guy and most responsive host.

| I just returned from a wonderful weekend at the Lake House with my Sister and Cousins. The house is beautiful and well appointed with all necessary amenities and lots of fun extras! How many places have an arcade, golf greens and a hot tub!! The open concept kitchen and living room area is a great place to socialize and the bedrooms are very cozy and comfortable. Jeremy the owner was very friendly, professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fun and relaxation!!

| This is a Luxury Home built with unbelievable quality and finishes. The Arcade Games for the kids are absolutely unbelievable. It is an amazing cottage for large groups and families to be together all under one roof. We truly appreciated all of the water toys and life jackets of all sizes. The Jukebox brought us back in time for a classic dance party.
We highly recommend this luxury getaway!!!
