| My family and I have been renting cottages for over a decade, and Getaway on the Gull is by far one of the nicest! It was such a pleasure to arrive at the cottage, after a long day and tiring drive, with the beds already made and the towels laid out. The cottage was immaculate and has all the comforts of home. It is situated in a lovely, peaceful setting, with lots of privacy, and the views of the river are idyllic. The owners offered several watercrafts and toys for our use, including a kayak, a canoe, a paddle board and a pedal boat, as well as a lily pad and pool noodles. (The lily pad was a game changer according to my kids.) The swimming is great, with hardly any weeds. We had such a comfortable stay and we will definitely be repeat visitors. | I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving at this four-season cottage. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had good appliances & equipment. There was even an air fryer, slow cooker & a hand immersion blender. The washrooms had been updated and had good quality towels. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding & pillows. There is lots of areas to relax inside and out. The decking area around the house is huge and the gazebo looking out on the river has lots of seating. There was even a wire rope outside for the dog. Our grandchildren loved playing in the sand pit near the river. There was plenty of water floats & boats. The property is very large and private. It was the perfect place for our relaxing family vacation.

| Our family spent a week at this cottage and loved it! The cottage has everything you could need or want. The cozy sunroom was great when it rained, the beautiful porch was a perfect breakfast spot and the beds were so comfortable. By the water the gazebo was fantastic. There is everything you need to enjoy the calm and clear river. We can't wait to go back next year!
