| All I can say is WOW! This cottage had everything! 5 minute walk to the beach, close to the convenience store, close to Kelly's Cove (ice cream and quick bites!)
It was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, even a Crockpot! Lots of towels and pillows and it was thoughtfully decorated. Even the addition of coffee, tea, welcome gift and 'emergency' freezer food. Such thoughtful hosts and very responsive. We didn't need anything during our stay, however the couple emails we sent were answered immediately! 10/10 I would definitely stay here again!

| We had a wonderful five-day stay at the beach house, warmly welcomed by our host, Sam. Throughout our visit, Sam offered great suggestions for activities and fun events for both us and the kids to enjoy in the neighborhood. The cottage was stocked with absolutely everything you could need and more. Just a two-minute walk from the beach, Sam provided us with floaties, beach towels, chairs, and other essentials. In the evenings, we used the BBQ for dinner and gathered around the fire to relax. We highly recommend staying here and making family memories. If could rate this cottage a 20/10 I would!

| This is a lovely cottage. It looks to have been redone pretty much from top to bottom and not only looks nice but is very comfortable. We've rented several cottages before, but this one was the best appointed by far. The kitchen in particular has not just the basics, but pretty much all you'd need to create a fancy meal - spices, oils, utensils, a lovely new induction stove, ... There was a large assortment of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, even frozen pizzas to be used in 'emergencies'. Samantha, the owner has clearly worked hard to make renting her cottage a very pleasant experience. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms very well appointed. There are long decks on both floors which is a lovely way to relax and enjoy the scenery. Even the fire pit comes equipped with a ton of firewood. We didn't get a chance to make use of the floats or the bicycles - but we'll look forward to using them next year. Thanks Sam, my family and I had a great vacation.

| Can't say enough good things about the accommodation and about Sam and Pat the owners. House was immaculate, clean and so convenient to the grocery/beer, ice cream store, beach and marina. Sam replies to any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner and is so pleasant to deal with. We have already booked it again for next summer. Thanks for the great week.

| Wonderful spacious rental. Perfect location right next to the general store and around the corner from the beach. The rental has everything you need for your stay. The bathrooms were equipped with toiletries and the kitchen was stocked with spices and everything you would need to cook. Samantha is a wonderful host and very accomodating. She made sure we had a very nice stay!
