| We had a great stay at the cottage! We were impressed with how well stocked the linens were, the cleanliness of the cottage and kids activities on the property. Our kids also enjoyed catching small fish right off the dock. The location is nice and quiet, the water much calmer than the open lake areas. A great place to make summer memories!

| We thoroughly enjoyed our week away. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. Kevin was very quick to respond to messages and was very generous, going above and beyond. The cottage had many areas to sit and relax! We especially loved the deck above the boathouse and the hammock! The property is beautifully maintained and even the bugs were good. The water slide and trampoline were a hit with the whole family. We highly recommend this cottage for an awesome week away. Thanks again Kevin!

| We had such a great stay at this cottage on Lake Muskoka last month. The property is so well set up, with everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The landscaping is beautifully maintained and really adds to the charm of the place.
The kids especially loved the volleyball net—it was such a fun bonus that kept them busy for hours. Evenings were our favourite, though, as we gathered on the boathouse deck for dinners with a view. It was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the lake.
Kevin was fantastic to deal with—always available, responsive, and just genuinely easy to chat with. He made the whole experience smooth from start to finish.
We would happily recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a well-cared-for, family-friendly spot on Muskoka.

| Amazing place. Amazing hosts. Amazing location. Amazing everything. The cottage is a true cottage that has the look and feel of a lake home, yet all the amenities one would need. Wifi is a real bonus. Hosts are super helpful, quick to respond, and made our stay perfect. The true value in this property though is the outside, starting with a large boathouse deck that gives the best views for sun rises. Plenty of sun and shade throughout the day, sand the couch is super comfortable. The landscaping is professionally done with gorgeous stone work and an absolutely beautiful fire pit area. The Ninja tree climbing set and volleyball net with nice flat grass is also great.
We will be returning next year and hopefully for many more years after that. We highly recommend this rental.

| Love this Cottage . 2 Adult couples rented the cottage for our vacation .. Inside was very comfortable .Furniture and Décor was all new looking . Bedding was in new condition . Very well equipped with newer dishes .. Grandmas old
Favorites were packed away . The screened in porch was a great pace to enjoy the view and breeze without the mosquitos . If you Ike to sit out side the boathouse deck was amazing . The outside had Muskoka stone sidewalks and stairs. No creaky old docks here . New condition and safe. Even the firepit area had flat Muskoka stone and lighted trees and a clear view of the Lake. Lots of flat grassed areas. We very much enjoyed our vacation .
