| We would like to thank the hosts, as our family enjoyed a lovely week on Christie Lake. The water was wonderful, with convenient access for swimming from the dock, as well as the use of kayaks and paddleboard, which allowed for evening tours of the adjoining wetlands with beaver lodge, Great Blue Heron and numerous Kingfishers. The lake house is spacious, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is efficient and well supplied with a wide range of cookware. The bathroom has been designed for efficiency and elegance. The lake house provided comfortable living, in a beautiful natural setting.

| What a dream property on Christie Lake! We enjoyed the Labour Day long weekend with our two teen sons before the chaos of back to school, and this cottage was just what our family needed. The drive was a quick 1h20m from Ottawa and super easy to get to. We arrived to some cold, rainy weather but were happy to cuddle up on the comfy couch to watch a movie and then play some board games in the kitchen until the sun came out. The house is very private and the waterfront is beautiful - SO many loons!!! We made the most of our weekend kayaking, swimming, and lounging on the dock. Lots of places to gather in the sun and shade. The beds were super comfy, the linens were great quality, and the kitchen is better equipped than any other cottage we've rented. Thanks so much, Tamara, for an incredible little getaway for our family!! More memories made, and we can't wait to rent again!!

| We absolutely loved Tamara and Steve's beautiful quiet, home on Christie Lake! Agree 100% with everyone else who has rented here….modern, clean home, well stocked kitchen, great comfy beds and living areas ….all with a fantastic view of the lake! The spacious decks really suited our family of six well. But the best is the lake itself…clean, walk in or jump from the dock, breezy at the right times but so silent and calm at other times. We played audience to the local loon family who fished by the dock and entertained us couple of times! Well done Tamara and Steve and thank you once again!

| Our family gathered for a wonderful Thanksgiving at 'The Patterson Palace'. It surpassed all of our needs and expectations - from the gorgeous, and private, views of the lake, sunrise, moonrise, and wonderful fall colours, to the incredibly beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable, cozy cottage. All of us, including my 85 year old mom, found it absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Tamara and Steve left clear, detailed instructions, and were responsive to the texts/questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

| Amazing property, highly recommend. Tamara was an extremely professional, organized and thoughtful host who made preparations for our stay very easy. The cottage and the land that it's on are just gorgeous. All high quality furniture and touches, while still maintaining a cottage vibe. The water access is glorious. We spent hours each day in the water. Each seating area is cozy and comfortable, and the landscaping and design create a ton of space. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook any meals. Beds, linens, towels were high quality. We were extremely comfortable for our two week summer stay. Thank you!! Hope to be back!
