| A cozy cottage with many lovely spots to sit outdoors. Eagle Lake is beautiful to explore in the canoe and kayaks that are provided.
Mike was very responsive and immediately answered any questions I had.
A bottle of wine and treats waiting for us (even for our dog) was a thoughtful touch.

| We had the pleasure of staying at beautiful Eagle's Edge cottage close to South River ON for 8 nights! It was not long enough! The lake although large was quiet the week we were there except for the duck family that visited each evening and the loon calls each morning while enjoying my coffee on the dock. The lake was great for swimming and the dock for reading and hanging out. The cottage was well equipped for all our needs, spacious and clean. We ventured to Huntsville for an afternoon only about 45min away, a quaint village and definitely recommend a wander through. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return! It was a great end to our summer. Thank you Mike & Bela for being such gracious hosts!

| My family spent a week at Eagles Edge cottage and loved every minute. We had cooler/rainy weather but still had a great time. The location is within driving distance of a number of things to do so we spent some of the days checking out the area and all it has to offer. My kids loved fishing off the dock, playing in the shallow water and kayaking every minute of the day when it didn't rain. Mike and Bela are fantastic hosts and left some treats out for us and even our dog! We will definitely be back again!

| We had a wonderful, peaceful week at Eagles Edge cottage. The cottage is clean, comfortable and is the best equipped cottage we have been to (air fryer, instapot!) The owner's hosting is top notch from providing drinking water, snacks and a welcome gift as well as a stash of things you might have forgotten. There are a fair number of stairs so would not be ideal for ppl with mobility issues. The waterfront area is beautiful! Thanks for a great stay

| This lake is amazingly clean and is surrounded by picturesque scenery! We arrived at the cottage and instructions for entry were clear and easy. The cottage looked exactly as pictured! It was clean and spacious and had lots of room for all of our belongings. The kitchen was well-equipped and between the staple items and what we brought, we were totally set! Although the inside was clean, bright and spacious enough for 6 people, the outside of the cottage was the star of the show! The three seating areas were perfect - all for different reasons! The top deck was great for when we were using the barbecue. It was shady and had latched gates so we could keep the dogs safely outside! The middle deck was lovely for eating meals overlooking the lake. It was bright protected so there was no wind. The bottom level was lovely to walk in and out of the water and sit on a Muskoka chair to read a book, listen to music or have a beverage. The middle deck and lower deck saw the most of our butts! There is a fourth seating area which is at the fire pit. We made use of it each night - there is nothing like looking at the stars in Northern Ontario at night! The water toys were a highlight for us! We used the kayaks multiple times a day and we brought our own paddle board which took up a lot of space so it would be a great addition to the cottage for next year! Communicating with Mike and Bela was great. They were so responsive and accommodating of our requests. We will be back next year!
