| Paul and Joanna have the perfect little cottage on blue hawk lake in Haliburton, this was our second time staying and looking forward to staying again next summer. This is a fairly calm quiet lake with beautiful views, perfect for swimming, fishing and all boating activities. The cottage is a short 10 min drive into town with everything you could possibly need. The cottage itself is bright and cozy, with a beautiful recent new kitchen upgrade and perfect for couples with or without kids. What we love the most is the patio overlooking the lake attached to the dock, I have yet to stay at another cottage with a better set up and could spend the entire stay lounging there! They also generously provided 2 kayaks and a paddle board which really adds to enjoyment of staying here. Really cannot say enough how much we love it here hope to visit for years to come, thank you Joanna and Paul for sharing such a special place with us!

| This was our second visit to this great little cottage and we truly enjoyed our stay.
With several upgrades done since last year and a true “cottage” feel, this is a great place to spend a week and get some downtime away from the hustle and bustle.
The beautiful views from the deck and morning coffees on the dock were fantastic.
Lake is nice and quiet with little boat traffic and the water was great for swimming and very clean
Paul and Joanna were great hosts and always available if needed!

| We had the privilege to stay at this cottage for our yearly friends gathering and we are so happy to have found this gem. It truly is a little oasis. The views are outstanding, surroundings are calm and the cottage FEELS like a cottage, its so cozy and gives you the feeling and space to connect with loved ones. The kitchen is truly fully setup and the beds are so comfy. My dog was also a big fan. We can't wait to book again!

| We stayed at this GEM for 2 weeks this summer, what a wonderful vacation ! Paul and Joanna are the best hosts and very quick at responding to any and all concerns. The cottage itself is clean, cozy and comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The lake is breathtaking, clean and great for kayaking, swimming and fishing. We especially enjoyed many hours sitting on the deck that juts out over the water and a lovely dock after a day of exploring the area. I highly recommend this cottage for a great vacation and wonderful area to explore. We will be back ! Thank you Paul and Joanna for sharing your little slice of heaven. Diane and Ray

| We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage and highly recommend it. From the beginning, communication was quick and clear, making the entire process seamless. This was a dream spot for our dog. The dock and water access were perfect, making it incredibly easy for her to get in and out of the lake safely. It's always a huge plus when the waterfront is so pet-friendly! We also needed to work remotely during our trip and really appreciated the fast, reliable Wi-Fi; it handled everything we needed without a hitch. To top it all off, the neighbors on either side weren't there during our stay, which made for a remarkably quiet and private experience. The location is also very convenient—it's a quick drive into Haliburton if you happen to forget anything or need to grab supplies. All in all, a perfect retreat. We would definitely stay here again!
