| Our stay at 7 Beach Ave in Long Point was truly outstanding. The highlight is the beautiful sunroom with its 270-degree view — the perfect place to relax in comfort and enjoy summer storms rolling over the lake. The composite deck is equally impressive, offering a great spot to soak up the sun while providing protection from sand fleas. The lot is ideally situated, with mature cottonwood trees that add shade and charm to sunny afternoons.
Inside, the cottage is well-equipped with every amenity you might need, making it feel like a home away from home. The owners go above and beyond, even providing access to beach toys and extras that make the experience even more special. From the thoughtful touches to the unbeatable location, this cottage feels like it's your own from the moment you arrive. A wonderful retreat for relaxation, comfort, and lakefront enjoyment. | My Family and I were absolutely thrilled with our time here. This cottage is perfect for family stays. So much for the kids to do and we loved sitting by the cottage and still being so close to the water.
Very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend 7 Beach Avenue. My family and I would definitely love to come back.

| Our stay at this beachfront cottage was truly exceptional, thanks to the wonderful hosts and their beautiful property. When our original Airbnb fell through at the last minute during our busy wedding weekend, this family graciously accommodated our rental request on a long weekend, turning what could have been a total disaster into the ideal outcome. It was truly meant to be!
The cottage itself is super charming, with a stunning view of the beach. We felt right at home and It was the perfect place to do our first look and take morning wedding photos.
We are incredibly grateful to our hosts for their kindness and flexibility.
