| Mitch was a great host, rental was exactly as listed. The space was great, very modern and well maintained. His communication is top notch and always seemed to be willing to help with anything. Checked in with us a couple times. Even had suggestions to help with out little hiccup. All your necessities were provided by Mitch which was nice on the packing. We all enjoyed the time away. I visited Arden Pottery and she had some beautiful things.
The suggestion I have it to maybe put a small tower or dresser in the closets to put our clothes. And on the wishlist would be a paddle boat.

| The cottage was very nicely decorated inside. Queen beds were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of linens in the bathroom. Washer & dryer in bathroom was a plus. Plenty of space in the kitchen/dining room/ living room. Outside - deck, grass and dock, had lots of seating. It was super quiet on Big Clear Lake - my friend and I couldn't get over just how quiet it was! Close enough to go into Tamworth - a great bakery for lunch. Westport, for a day of shopping, lunch & ice cream. A couple of doors down from the cottage is Arden Pottery. All was exactly as described in the listing. Pictures are accurate. Mitchell is a great communicator! He texted several times to see if all was well. I would gladly recommend this cottage for a great get away on the lake!

| We have been coming to this cottage for five years. Mitch took over a few years ago. We always loved it here, but Mitch has made it so much better he is a wonderful host.. every year he leaves treats for the kids. Last year he left us a charcuterie board with fresh meats and cheeses. He also dropped in surprised us with pizza and sweet treats.
We used to go to a cottage in Muskoka for about the last 15 years. When we found this cottage, we never want to go back to Muskoka. The cottage is absolutely beautiful very well-maintained stocked with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Mitch also installed a TV in the master bedroom. We suggested for the bedrooms foam mattresses. Much to our surprise all the beds were equipped with foam mattresses this year, due to our back issues.
OK, I'm gonna love it so much. I spent three weeks here would say something along the line. We even call it our cottage. We love it so much. We stayed for three weeks last year my husband myself, my daughter and her two children. The third week my friends came here. They definitely want to come back.
Mitch is like family to us now. He is so considerate to our needs and always there to help.
This is now our forever cottage, our home away from home!

| I don't think I have rented a cottage this good before.
Mitch is truly a one of a kind renter who takes pride in his cottage, and takes care of his clients.
Mitch responds back very quick and will periodically reach out to see if anything is needed at the cottage.
The cottage itself is beautiful and right by the water. Many things to do in the area, and on the water. My cousin and I did lots of fishing and had a blast! Lake has a great variety of fish and is an experience for any angler.
If you are looking for a getaway this is a great place to start.

| We just spent a week at the Blue Oasis cottage. It was everything as described. It was a great stay, either sitting on the deck or on the dock. Ducks, geese, otters swimming by, a crane but the best was a bald eagle taking a fish from the lake about 40 yards from the dock. Mitch was very easy to communicate with.
