| We had a fantastic stay at this cottage and would happily recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic Ontario cottage experience!
We hosted friends from Scotland who had never experienced cottage life, and this place exceeded all our expectations. From kayaking and paddleboarding to fishing from the canoe, we made the most of our time on the lake. Evenings around the fire pit were a highlight.
The cottage itself was spotless and well-equipped, with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the large dining area, which comfortably accommodated our entire group for meals and games.
We even had one cold, rainy day during our stay, which turned out to be the perfect excuse to enjoy the sauna. It was a welcome bonus and a great way to relax.
One thing worth noting is that there are quite a few stairs down to the water. That said, the staircase is sturdy, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. We simply made a habit of bringing everything we needed for the day down to the dock in one trip, and it wasn't an issue at all. Our enjoyment at the waterfront was absolutely worth the walk!
Thank you for sharing such a wonderful property. It gave our friends exactly the Ontario cottage experience they hoped for and created memories we'll all be talking about for years. We'd love to come back!
