Welcome to our stunning 6-bedroom log home plus guest cabin on SW point on beautiful Lake Manitouwabing. We have 400 feet of private waterfront with a beautiful sandy beach. Rentals include the use of our 14 foot Sylvan fishing boat with 9.9 hp Honda motor so you can boat to restaurants, golf and tennis clubs on the lake. We also provide a canoes, a kayak, pedal boat, paddle board and water mat. Our 4750 sq ft air conditioned log home has 10' pine log siding both inside and out, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The interior has cathedral ceilings, a magnificent screen porch, hardwood floors and a wrap-around deck with glass railings. Our guest cabin has a queen bed, bunk bed and 3-piece bathroom. We are 15 minutes east of Parry Sound. It is a perfect getaway for up to 14 people and only a two and a half hour drive from Toronto. Great snowmobiling and X country skiing in the winter. Our luxurious 4750 sq. ft. log home is on a point of land facing SW on beautiful Lake Manitouwabing. Our guests have access to the top rated Ridge at Manitou golf club and restaurant. The cottage sits only 25' from the water so we hear the lake wafting on the beach through the windows of the downstairs master. We have 400 feet of private waterfront with a lovely sandy beach and we also get amazing sunsets. It truly is a paradise!
The cottage was built in 2010 and is equipped with everything you could possibly want. It and has 10" round pine log siding both inside and out, a great room, screened porch, six large bedrooms, a 4 person guest cabin with washroom.
