| The cottage itself was spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of windows to allow viewing of the natural beauty surrounding it. The grounds were well maintained and hosted a variety of birds (make sure you bring lots of sunflower seeds, peanuts for Blue Jays, and bird seed). Lots of chipmunks also. Not even 5 minutes away is the South Algonquin Equestrian Trails so I went horseback riding for the first time. It's approximately 45 minutes away from The Haliburton Wolf Centre so of course we had to go there. If you are looking for a great nature getaway with lots to see and do this is the place.

| Great stay at a great cottage. Amazing view and sandy beach. Outdoor bugs (only noticed minimal mosquitos which are expected) were minimal especially considering we stayed in August. It can easily sleep 10 or 12 people.
Lots of boats, cutlery, dishes etc provided, even a dish washer.
Could not think of a problem with our stay if I tried. Will definitely be booking with Glen again. He was more than accommodating with our stay.

| Amazing cottage. We walked into Algonquin park from the cottage and had a great time at the waterfalls. The cottage was well stocked with kitchen supplies (plates, cutlery, etc). The water toys were fantastic. The kids spent hours on the provided canoes and kayaks. The beachfront was a great weed free hard sand bottom that was very safe for small children.
Cant wait to book again next year!!!

| My family and I stayed here for a week this summer, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The cottage was clean when we arrived, with information there for you on addresses for local groceries and attractions. There were kayaks and canoes and lots of life jackets for us to use. The property is large with a spectacular view. The lake is quiet and private, and accommodated 11 of us (9 adults, 2 young children) no problem. Will definitely return here in the future!
