Welcome to Haus Roko on beautiful Lake Huron. Here you can relax all year, enjoying the beach in summer for swimming and sun tanning and in the other seasons for long quiet walks. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on our large, covered porch, a bon fire in the garden or playing with your children on the 1 acre property and the quiet streets.Our cottage is a 4-season loghouse situated in Grand Bend, Ontario at Lake Huron. It has 5 bedrooms, each sleeps 2 people. Upstairs are 1 kingsize bedroom with a beautiful lakeview, 1 bedroom with a bunkbed and 1 large bathroom with bathtub/ shower combination. The main floor is an open concept kitchen/livingroom/diningroom area, with access to a large porch and the garden. It also has an entrance area, a 2 piece bathroom and an utility room with washer and dryer. The lower level is a walkout basement with another family/TV room with a 55 inch Smart TV, 1 king size bedroom, 1 queensize bedroom and 1 room with a double/twin bunkbed. Also on this floor is another bathroom with a large shower.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances like dishwasher, convect stove, microwave and French door fridge, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker. Other amenities are washer, dryer, TV, gas fire place, barbecue, wireless internet, central air condition.
The main floor can be accessed through a ramp from the back and is accessible by stroller and wheelchair. The lower level is also from the backside accessible by stroller and wheelchair.
The cottage is child and family friendly. No smoking inside the cottage please! We are petfriendly upon request.
Our cottage is in a quiet, family oriented neighbourhood. Grand Bend is about 5 km south for shopping, restaurants and bars and fun for all ages. There are several 18 hole golf courses in the area, the closest one about 5 min to the north on Highway 21. Even with high water levels in the Great Lakes in the last few years there are several nice beaches near by.

| Great location just outside of Grand Bend. A short drive and you can spend the day in the hustle and bustle of GB and then come back for a quiet swim on the private beach and dinner on the huge covered deck. The cottage is very spacious and clean. The grounds are also quite spacious allowing for outdoor games. The openness of the back area facing the lake was wonderful.

| Just spent a very enjoyable week with my family (5 adults) at this luxurious and spacious holiday home. Haus Roko is ideal for families or a group of friends, providing all the amenities you could want. Super comfortable beds, very clean, two full bathrooms plus main floor rwo piece, and well equipped. If you are looking for a peaceful location to enjoy sitting on the patio or balcony, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, or relaxing in either the main floor living space or the downstairs t.v. room, this place will tick all the boxes. There is access to beaches a short drive away or in Grand Bend or Pinery Park. Bayfield is only a short drive away as well. We would not hesitate to return and I would highly recommend this property. Hosts Roland and Kordula very pleasant and responsive to messages.

| We definitely love this place. We all enjoyed the quite and calmness of the neighbourhood.
We were skeptical to rent a cottage this year due to COVID-19 but the place was clean and tidy. We were comfortable and safe. This was our first time to feel satisfied about a place.
The owners were very quick at replying for any questions. We will surely come back to HAUS ROKO

| Absolutely amazing experience! The cottage was gorgeous (seriously beautiful, place that you may never see anywhere else around here), clean, lots of room, fit our large family perfectly, the back deck was one of our favorite things!! Lots of space in the yard for games, fire or just relaxing! The neighborhood was also nice with great neighbors who made us feel welcome for the week we stayed! The communication with the owners was prompt and inviting. Any questions we had were answered right away! I can't say enough good things with no negatives!!! We would 100% rent again and can't wait to go back!!
