**During the off season, available as a 2 bedroom suitable for up to 4 people. 1 queen, 1 double and 1 single. **

Welcome to my little home! One block, 4 minute walk, from the more desirable areas of Turkey Point Beach!

Sandy beach, shallow water and sand bars. Close to many wineries, great dining spots, veggie and fruit stands, boating, fishing, hiking, zip-lining, golfing, beautiful wooded trails and more!

Situated on a quiet street. The backyard is fully enclosed with a lush lawn and mature trees. We have a fire pit, BBQ, patio dining set and yard games. Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the paved drive.

The interior is freshly decorated, bright, welcoming, Air Conditioned and clean! Recently renovated and spacious washroom with full tub/shower and double sinks.

Fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, breakfast sandwich maker, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, BBQ, Smart TV and DVD. Cookware, dishes, cutlery, cleaning supplies and propane are all provided.

**Please bring your own bedding, kitchen and bath linens, toiletries and firewood!**

**Weekly rentals are Monday-Monday. Check in is Monday at 3pm. Check out is the following Monday at 10am.

NOTES

There is a $200 Booking Deposit, non-refundable. Your $300 Security Deposit will be returned within 7 business days (minus the $150 covid fee) assuming no damages, extra expenses and that the cottage was left at the level of cleanliness it was found. Balance is due before arrival. All funds are to be handled by E-Transfer.

Weekly rentals are from Monday 330pm until the following Monday 11am.
