Excitement and relaxation to build lasting memories! Just two hours from Toronto this cottage is perfect for families as it has a gentle shallow sand entrance for swimming. This cottage has 3 Bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, a gas fireplace, TV room, living/ dining room, eat in kitchen, a Bunkie (sleeps 3), a deck, patio and screened in front porch. The property has beautiful western exposure to enjoy warm sunny afternoons. Play beach volleyball, build sand castles, enjoy hiking or games in the backyard. When you are heating up from the activities go for a swim to cool down, play on the water trampoline, relax on the beach or dock to rest or work on your tan. In the evenings light it up, barbecuing dinner, roasting marshmallows at the fire, elling stories, playing board games, or watching a movie on the big screen (projector).
The master bedroom has a TV/DVD player and 3 piece ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and 2 piece washroom just outside the room. The 3rd bedroom is located on the lower floor and has a 3piece washroom across from it. The bathrooms and showers are tiled with limestone and all bedrooms have hardwood floors.
You have access to a full kitchen including which includes, microwave, stove, fridge, deep freezer, dishes, pots and pans and cutlery.
Satellite TV, and 5 parking spots are available to make life a little easier.
A Boat launch is available on Greens lake or you can launch at a number of different lakes nearby if you want to explore larger.
Renters are required to bring own linens and pillows, drinking water, paper towel, toilet paper and food including condiments.
Green's lake is known for good fishing of Muskie, Pike, Bass and Perch. As well, there are extensive ATV/Snowmobile trails in the area to explore.
Closest Town ? Gooderham approximately 10min north on the 507 and has an LCBO, corner store, hardware, gas station ect.
Buckhorn is approximately 20min and has groceries, beer store, LCBO, restaurants, hardware, etc.
Bobaygeon- approx 30 min
Peterborough- approx 50 min
Closest Hospital ? Peterborough/Lindsay

Motor boats are permitted on Greens Lake. A boat launch is accessible on the far (3km away) side of the lake. The body of water is overall fairly quiet and calm. | Our family enjoyed a week at the Greens Lake Family Retreat this summer. This cottage is nicer than the pictures show! Some of the many features we enjoyed, were the sandy beach for the kids, and the volleyball court for the adults. There was so much to do at this cottage, even on the rainy days. Whether it was a Harry Potter movie night in the movie room, staring at the stars, taking kayak rides, or sharing meals around the large dining room table, many wonderful family memories were created. Thank you Joe and Agnes for sharing your wonderful cottage with us!

| This was the second summer that we enjoyed a week at Greens Lake. Our family of nine enjoyed the sandy beach, kayaks, canoe, water trampoline, standup paddle boards, treehouse and campfires. We loved having 2 docks..one for relaxing and one for fishing. There was plenty of room for sleeping and eating inside the cottage for our large group. The screened porch at the front came in handy when it rained. We were less than 30 min from Buckhorn so trips to town for groceries and LCBO were easy. Our only disappointed was with the fishing. We caught some small perch and sunfish off the dock and 2 larger fish in the larger/deeper section of the lake.

| Even though it was a rainy weekend, my family of 8 had an AMAZING time! Between the pool table/ping pong, hot tub, sauna, and board games we were never bored. We are all cooks and the kitchen was fully equipped for our big family meals. Clean with a lot of unique home decor, plenty of spaces to hang out, beautiful sunroom with a great sound system. We only had our last morning with sun to enjoy a coffee under the pergola on the lake, but it was wonderful. Roman was a beyond gracious host, and communication was quick, responsive and easy. Thanks so much!

| We enjoyed a great time at Greens Lake. We are a group of 10 including grandparents, parents and 4 children under 10. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. There was something for everyone.
We went swimming every day and the kids enjoyed the sandy beach,the treehouse and especially the water trampoline. The surroundings were calm and serene.
