Sandy Beach area with shallow weed free area for small children with gradual walk in, 3 Bedroom sleeps 7. Includes a fully equipped updated kitchen including - Microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, Induction Stove, Air Fryer, Blender, Raclette, etc. 2 TVs ( one in main room one in Bunk bedroom ), Unlimited download internet, Netflix access, Sonos music with XM Radio. Central Air Conditioning. Water Toy - paddle boat, 2 kayaks, canoe, Kids kayak, 2 Stand Up paddle Boards a 14 by 6 ft floating mat and several inflatables. Games - Cornhole bean bag toss game, Axe throw game, board games, swing set, spring free trampoline, outdoor Jenga and zip line. Binkie / Teen hangout.

Wood fired Sauna at the water front with cold plunge tank for summer, and ice auger/ice saw for Winter plunging. 16x16 foot dock over the water and a front porch for watching the kids play on the flat level front yard.

Master bedroom and second bedroom have Queen Beds and a third bedroom with bunks ( twin over double )
Master Bedroom has a sliding glass door to walk out, and a short walk to the outdoor shower.
Fishing is great as you will see the tournament teams just off the dock in the bay. Catch large mouth bass off the dock - and the kids can catch rock bass and sunfish, or take the fishing boat with electric trolling motor.
Location ? The Cottage is 3.5 Km from Buckhorn and is located on Lower Buckhorn Lake on the Trent Severn Waterway ( lock 31)
The Town of Buckhorn, is approximately 2 hours from Toronto or 3 hours from the Ottawa region.
Things to see and do with the kids in the area: Gallery-on-the Lake, McLean Berry Farm, Trent Lakes Public Library,
5 KM away you can float down the 1 KM long lazy river in the Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park.
Farmer's markets - Tuesday Buckhorn Craft and Farmer's Market. Thursday Lakefield Farmer's Market located in downtown Lakefield. Friday Bridgenorth Farmer's Market located at the Paul English Lions Club Park. Saturday Bobcaygeon Farmer's Market.
Things to see and do a bit farther away: Peterborough is 40 mins away, and has many attractions.
