Built in the 1860's this Georgian style farm house is surrounded by mature trees, gardens and open fields. The home has large spacious rooms with modern convinces. Come enjoy country life and all that Elgin County has to offer. Bring your sun screen and bug spray enjoy the fresh air open spaces and nature great space for your children to run and play. We are located a 5 min drive from Wheatfield Estates if you are looking for wedding accommodations
Located on a 200 acre farm which we farm so you will see first hand corn, wheat and bean growing and harvested through out the seasons.

Discounted rate for monthly bookings. $3500.00. All rated include taxes and internet. Deposit of $500.00 require upon booking. Damage/cleaning deposit of $500.00 is required. Full payment is due 60 days before your date of arrival . We rent from Saturday to Saturday for weekly booking during the months of July and August.
Check out times for weekly bookings are Saturday a 11 am check in time is Saturday at 4 pm.
Long weekend rate $ 904.00 including tax min of 3 night booking.

We attended a wedding at Wheatfield Estates. The Connemara Farm was a perfect location. It was halfway between Port Stanley and Wheatfield Estates. We had 9 family members coming from London, Kitchener and Toronto and everyone had a comfortable bed. The farm house was beautiful and the property owners were excellent at communicating.

This is the second time we have used Cottages in Canada. The web site works well but most important is we found Connemara Farm and had a fantastic weekend.

If you want a real farmhouse experience, then Connemara Farm is the place to be! I had never stayed at a farmhouse before, so the experience was all new to me. Lots of bedrooms and a fully-stocked kitchen (except for steak knives). The owners really went out of their way to ensure that we had clear instructions about staying at a farmhouse by providing lots of signage in key spots around the farmhouse. You can also get a real sense of the work that goes into running a farm property--the owners are always working--mowing, tractoring or working the farm. This makes it convenient to get answers in case you have a question about your stay! A truly authentic experience--bring your bug spray!

We are 7 siblings all in our 70's and we take a week's vacation yearly. Connemara Farm enchanted us. It is very spacious with large charming bedrooms that had tons of storage. The kitchen is better equipped than my own with ample dishes, cutlery, pot and pans. If you like old fashioned charm you will love this place as much as we did.
