Beautiful, modern cottage on quiet lakefront property in Parry Sound. Clean lake, private setting, large deck, screened-in porch, great fishing and swimming! Property has three bedrooms and one bathroom with separate shower area; please bring your own bedding and towels. The main floor houses a kitchen, dining room table that seats six, a cozy living room in front of a fireplace to a walk-out deck overlooking the lake. Also on the main floor a lovely screen-in porch with barbeque. There is 1 television in the cottage with a DVD player. The property, just under one acre, has a fire pit and a beautiful dock. NOTES Week-long rentals only -- no weekends. An $600 deposit is required at booking and balance owing two weeks before rental. A damage deposit of $350 is required 1 week prior to start of rental contract. The deposit will be returned to you within 15 days from the conclusion of the rental contract and once its been confirmed that no damages has been done to the cottage. Rental week begins Sunday at 12:00 noon and ends the next Saturday at 12:00 noon. Any cancellation made by the Renter must be done so in writing or by email. On receipt of such notice of cancellation the owner shall endeavor to re-book the cottage for the entire period of the original booking. If the owner is successful in re-booking the cottage for the entire period originally booked, the owner shall refund to the Renter, all monies paid. If the owner only succeeds in re-booking the cottage for a portion of the period originally booked, it shall refund the monies paid relating to the period re-booked, less a cancellation fee of $100. | Our family had a wonderful stay! We spent most of our visit enjoying the huge dock - a great place for the kids to jump into the clean lake and swim. There was space for us to dock our boat. West facing, the sunsets were beautiful.
The lake was well marked for hazards. Got busy over the weekends, quite a bit of boat traffic. Free boat launch closeby (no parking). Cottage driveway was tight for backing our boat trailer in, but we made it work and there was plenty of room for parking.
The covered porch was wonderful, we enjoyed many meals and card games there. The mattresses were very comfortable.
Shower room is seperate from main bathroom, which was nice. Good water pressure and nice hot water.
Jim was very accommodating, he met us at the cottage upon arrival to show us around and offered us access to anything in the cupboards.

| We have been coming to Jim and Lynn's cottage for over 6 years now. The property is spacious and beautiful. The pictures really don't do it justice. The cottage is clean, beds are comfortable and everything you need is at your fingertips. Jim is very helpful and quickly responds to questions. We look forward to coming again this summer

| We've been looking for a cottage for a few years that we'd like to go back to each year. This cottage has everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen, open concept, 3 bedrooms, a shallow area to enter the water for little ones, plenty of movies for a rainy day and a firepit for evening fires. It has a great flat yard for our grandkids to play on. It's has a great dock for our boat right in front of the cottage. The lake is great for fishing and has lots of areas of you like to explore. We've been back to this cottage for years and love it every time. Jim & Lynn are great hosts and are very attentive to our needs. We look forward to going back this summer.
