| The cottage offers a prime location in proximity to Charleston Provincial Park, and the owners are notably responsive to inquiries via email. The availability of Wi-Fi was particularly beneficial for the children during inclement weather, allowing for enjoyable activities such as board games and photography. While the main living areas provide comfort, it is worth noting that the bedroom mattresses may require updating. Additionally, the bathroom's shower lacks sufficient water pressure, and the toilet's flush volume appears excessive at 17 liters. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the cottage fell short, with noticeable dust accumulation and necessitating the rewashing of dishes to ensure sanitation. Furthermore, the refrigerator could benefit from a thorough cleaning, especially in areas behind the bottom drawers.

| Well equipped cottage on a private road. When we stayed it was very humid, so I brought an additional fan. It's very close to the Provincial Park on Charleston Lake, where we went to launch our boat. The bbq worked A+. Super great host, Jane was very kind and answered all questions. I would recommend this cottage!

| This was our 2nd time at this cottage. As usual, we loved it. Rudy and Jane are excellent hosts. Instructions are clear. The cottage is clean, well equipped, and very private. We had almost all our meals in the large gazebo. Kids loved fishing from the deck. Kayaking along the mud bay was peaceful...looking forward to go back again.

| My family had a great long weekend in Jane's cottage. Jane is very nice and always provides detailed response timely. The cottage has everything what we need. It is located just 7 minutes from Charleston Lake Provincial Park. However, you don't need go to the park, because the best view is already in front of the cottage. In early morning, I took the most bueatiful picture of fall's color from the deck. We did also enjoy dinner in the gazebo, that is an excellent experience. Thanks a lot Jane. Wish you and your family all the best and stay well.

| Loved our week at the Charleston Lake Cottage Retreat. Glamping at its finest. The weather was great. On the nice days we were on the water as much as possible. We had one really humid day, but windy, we went for a drive and toured the locks near by. Upper and Lower Brewers and Kingston Mills. We had two cooler days which were perfect to take the trails, very few bugs. Thanks for sharing your cottage with us.
