New Renovation!! Welcome to Lone Pine Hideaway located in peaceful Port Severn. Set among shady trees and an impressive extensive shoreline, it offers upgraded amenities that will make your stay comfortable and complete. The lot is 1.5 acres with plenty of privacy and space for lawn games. Situated in Muskoka/ Georgian Bay on the Little Lake, it is a convenient 90 min drive from Toronto and close to shopping, Oak Bay Golf Course, 2 minutes away to Tim Hortons, service stations, public beach, splash pad, playground, and public boat launch.
From here to the marine railway at the Big Chute is the Severn River, which includes Little Lake and a bigger lake called Gloucester Pool. It takes about a half hour to get to the railway, which takes boats up to the next level of water.
This is a 4 seasons cottage with winter amenities including indoor fireplaces and 15 minutes to Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski resort.

| Our stay at this cottage from July 27 to August 3, 2024, was absolutely wonderful! The host was amazing, ensuring that we were comfortable throughout our stay and always responsive to any questions via email. The cottage itself is spacious, providing plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy. It truly felt like a home away from home, with all the luxuries you'd expect?fully stocked cooking equipment, cozy furnishings, and more.
One of the highlights was the fishing off the dock, which was perfect for my 5-year-old daughter. She loved every moment, and we made some great memories. Additionally, the beach down the road was fantastic, with friendly people and a welcoming atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our summer getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the great outdoors!

| The cottage is a comfortable and relaxing getaway yet conviently located near all amenties including restaurants, general store, gas stations.
Inside is clean, spacious and very well equipped with supplies and kitchen appliances.
Outside is a children's playground with a small beach area equipped with sandtoys, a giant trampoline and a swing. For teenagers and adults, there are a variety of water activities available all in excellent condition and a firepit and a large porch for dining.
Although the water at the cottage is not ideal for swimming due to weeds, there's a small public beach within 30 sec drive, along with a playground and splash pad.
Our family had a great week at the cottage and would love to visit again in the future. Highly recommend!

| I did the best choice in booking in this cottage! Everyaspect of the cottage was perfect. Lynn, the cottageowner is very nice, friendly, pleasant, helpful and veyaccommodated. The cottage is well taken care of,spotless, and roomy. Price is fair enough comparing to other cottages in the areas and not too far from GTA. Our family enjoyed it very much. The cottage accommodated
with kayaks, flat water paddling, boat, trampoline and activities for the kids. My son was spending most of his stay at a little clean and sandy beach at the front of the cottage :)) Highly recommended. We had a good time, fun, laughters and wonderful experienced. We will definitely come back here again.

| Beautiful cottage both inside and out. Very clean and has all of the fixes to make you feel right at home. There is a huge yard with trampoline for the kids to play, a hammock and comfy beach lounger chairs that gave you the opportunity to work on your tan and enough water crafts to keep you busy through the day. Great fishing at the end of the dock too with a huge fire pit to make our s'mores at the end of the day. The beach and splash pad are a two minute drive away as well. This cottage is a great place to getaway and make memories. Lynne (the owner) is also super helpful and accommodating. Definitely looking forward to going back there next year!
