| Our family of four had a fantastic stay! The cottage is impeccably maintained and was very clean and cozy. The modern kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need! Beds were very comfortable and it was a perfect place for our family! Our young children loved fishing off the dock and we caught a ton of fish during our week long stay. The sandy beach was a bonus and there are many sand toys and outdoor games available. We also made use of the kayaks, SUPs, canoe and pedalboat daily. Our family loved how it was a quick drive to the local Sharbot lake beach which was fantastic for kids. We had a wonderful stay and made a ton of memories - thank you Val for your amazing hospitality. We hope to return soon!

| The four of us had a great time at the cottage. A wonderful view of the lake, no matter which way you looked. It was a beautiful, big property with lots of backyard space where you can play all kinds of lawn games. The cottage itself was a fully modern, clean space, with great comfortable beds, everything for cooking that you would possibly need. The lake front was fantastic with a nice sandy beach that would be great for kids.. They had four kayaks that was a plus so the four of us could all go out on the lake together. There was also a paddle board, pedal boat and a canoe for your use. All and all a thoroughly relaxing week. We will definitely book again next year. Highly recommended.

| This is our second year renting Ohana Ridge cottage. This cottage is ideal for a family with young children. My grandchildren played on the sandy beach making sand castles, went out with their parents on the paddle boards, learned to throw a frisbee and played soccer. The cottage is light and airy inside with very comfortable couches. A good time was had by all. Thanks Val for all the info and for allowing us the loan of your cottage. We hope to be back next year if all goes well.

| Ohana Ridge is a beautiful cottage with some very caring and considerate owners. I had the pleasure of renting this for the first week of July with my family (2 adults and a 6 year old) and we all really enjoyed our stay. The property is much larger than the pictures suggest, with lots of privacy and room to play. The view is spectacular from the main room, which we really enjoyed when making/eating dinner, as well as just hanging out on the super comfy couch while watching movies or reading a book at the end of the day. The dock is in great condition and there are several kayaks (2 adult and 2 kids), a canoe and a paddle boat. There's a sandy entry great for launching small boats or just building sand castles. The water is a bit weedy and you definitely need water shoes, but it's very clear and nice to swim in (although my 6 year old preferred the nearby Sharbot Lake Public Beach. The fishing is fantastic, with tons of sunfish and rock bass near the dock for my son to catch (guaranteed to catch one within seconds if you're using bait) and some good size small and large mouth bass in the bay. The town of Sharbot Lake is only about 15 min away and although it's very small, they have a really nice beach, a nice coffee/donut/ice cream shop and a well stocked grocery store. The owners also provided a very detailed and up-to-date info book with lots of useful information on the area as well as the cottage, which I really appreciated.

| An easy drive to the cottage, roads are gravel after turning off Highway 7. Lovely open concept, view of the lake is beautiful. We were able to put our canoe in right from the beach, and had some lovely canoeing late in the season. The wildlife in the area is stunning, including a deer walking through the backyard. We also saw a kingfisher (bird), which I had never seen in the wild before, as well as loons, ducks, cormorants, and a hummingbird that came up to the screen door on the deck. We had outdoor fires two nights, and the wood stove put out enough heat to warm the cottage up on the rainy day of our stay. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who wants a fantastic view, a good beach, and enough room for anyone who has kids.
