Birch Lodge is a spectacular (1100 sq ft) 2 bedroom sleep 7, all season cottage complete with gas fire place in the living room and unlimited wifi. Just a short 5 min walk to much desired South Street Beach, known for its beautiful sandy beaches, shallow entry to the water which is perfect for families, and world famous sunsets! It also happens to be just a street away from its sister cottages, Maple Lodge, 4bedroom, sleep 8 and Pine Lodge, 3 bedroom, sleep 6. Perfect for large families who want to vacation together but also need their own space.
The interior has been painted throughout, and new for 2018, a 2 piece bathroom was added as well as laundry. Features 3 large bright bedrooms that were remodelled in early 2018 as well. Master has a KING bed, large closet, built in laundry, ceiling fan, as well as a dresser. A second bedroom with a queen bed, closet, dresser and ceiling fan, and the third bedroom has a bunk, double on bottom, single on top and built in storage.
Full kitchen with island, dishwasher and all dishes and cutlery included as well. We have tried to stock the kitchen with everything you need to make your vacation easy on the chef.
Livingroom has leather furniture, ceiling fans, flat screen Smart TV, DVD player with tons of DVDs for the whole family. Plenty of board games and a separate games table in the living room as well, perfect for games, cards, or puzzles on rainy days.
Dining room has large table with room for the whole family! Expands to fit 8 comfortably!
Multi tiered deck has lots of comfortable seating, fun outdoor tiki bar and a propane BBQ with side burner. Patio table and chairs, and Adirondack chairs leave plenty of room for meals or relaxing. Breezy side stone patio has additional seating for 4.
Included at this cottage are many bicycles that will make it easy to get around town. Please bring your own helmets. You are just a short bike ride away from everything, including shops, restaurants, Outlaw Brew (Southamptons own micro brewery), museums, and of course the beautiful beaches!
