The Cottage and property Includes: Three bedrooms. Master bedroom with Queen bed. Small bedroom with single bed. Additional small bedroom with double foldable footon on bottom and single bunk above (kids only on top bunk) for a total of 6 People. Large 20' x 20' Living room with pool table, ping pong, pullout couch, chairs, glass table and chairs and a view of the river. 3 piece bathroom. Full Kitchen with appliances and accessories, open concept with dining/ secondary living room with TV and a beautiful elevated view of the Trent, and view of the sunset through the French doors facing the river. Immediately outside the kitchen door has an outdoor covered cooking area with BBQ and seating. On the front of the house there is a Large screen porch with table and chairs for outdoor meals bug free and beautiful view of the Trent. Large property (approx. 1 acre) with two fire pits, 30 ft wide Sand Beach very clean and no weeds. There is a right of way for access to properties and the end of our street between the cottage and the river. Very friendly neighbors, public boat launch, 17 miles of lock free boating and great fishing.

| This cottage is geared to keep you busy or relaxed, no matter the weather. Our family of 4 (2 kids under 10) with our dog spent our days enjoying the sand beach making sand castles, swimming, jumping off the floating dock, fishing. The property itself is clean and well appointed for indoor amusement as well - multiple tv's, pool/ping pong table, screened in porch to still enjoy the outdoors free from bugs/rain. Neighbours are close, but so friendly and approachable. We have already asked if we can go again next year! Thanks again for the fun!

| I recently stayed the weekend and I must say this cottage is fantastic! Our group had a great time sitting around the fire at night, playing pool, swimming and launching our seadoos from the nearby boat launch. There is plenty of space to sleep and the screened in porch was perfect for our meals and relaxing when we wanted to get out of the sun or avoid the mosquitos in the evening. If you have kids the beach is perfect, the water is deep enough to jump off the dock or just play by the beach. There was also a trampoline with a slide! Jay was a great host and answered all of our questions. This cottage checks all the boxes. I will definitely be booking again next summer.

| We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage!! Jay was friendly and answered any questions we had very promptly. We enjoyed the swimming off the sandy beach. We relaxed by the water and spent our evenings sitting in the screened porch overlooking the waterfront. We also enjoyed playing pool. A fantastic stay!

| We loved staying at the cottage. My daughter had so many things to do and was never bored. The beach was really nice. The neighbours were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the pool table in the evenings and the screened room for outdoor meals. We would come back for another trip! Jay was very helpful with answering questions and always available.
