Our comfortable open concept living/ dinning area, 2 bedroom cottage and large 2 bedroom bunkie is located on beautiful Little Lake between Brighton & Colbourn Ontario. AND is now available all year round! (Bunkie closed after Thanks Giving & opens first week in May- see calendar/rates page -so only 5 pp max). Ask about our couples only special rates (doesnt apply to high season). Perfect for 2 or 2 families. Children under 2 free. (Please state on application.) Please note only weekly Sat. to Fri. rentals during summer (see dates on rates page). Bunkie avail. 6+ people booked. Check ins are after 10am/ check outs are before 5 pm. Just 10 min. from Hwy 401. Approximately 1 1/2 hours from Toronto; Little Lake is a small, clean, spring fed lake with a sandy- no weeds bottom. About 45 mins to Picton, 30 min. to Belleville, an hr. to Peterborough. (PLEASE note There is NO SMOKING/ VAPING ON PROPERTY. And pet rules apply.) Covid disinfecting & cleaning protocols in affect. This nicely landscaped property is on gently sloped multi levels from the parking (max 4 cars) Leading down to the shore and Lake. Watch beautiful sunsets from the enclosed screen porch, the separate large over hanging deck, or take the steps to the dock & water front. We have a long shallow (into slow grade deeper water) area where its safe for children to swim. Enjoy a nice fire in the fire pit (we supply the wood). Play games in the yard, or paddle around Little Lake in our canoe or 2 kayaks- life vests available. Go for walks around the lake for exercise, or nature viewing. You can even try your luck at fishing- yes there are fish in Little Lake. Public boat launch across the lake if you want to bring a boat. In winter try ice fishing (we dont supply hut/equipment). Great news New 4 man hot tub is now up and running.( Nov.2021)
The Cottage; -one bedroom with comfortable queen bed and bedside tables, lights that have phone charge ports, a sweet vanity, closet, air conditioning. (we supply pillows and bed cover- you bring your own bedding) - second bedroom has a comfortable queen with single upper bunk bed, with bed side table, lights with phone charge ports, neat chair, dresser, and air conditioning. -bathroom has large shower, toilet and sink with mirror, and closet. (you bring own towels etc and toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels etc.) -the dinning area has a large table that can seat 6-10 (with pulling out the extensions). And extra chairs. -kitchen has fridge with bottom freezer, electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc. Fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots/pans etc. (you bring dish towels etc) Double sink, and lots of cupboards. Cottage drinking well water is UV treated, filtered and tested regularly. - an island that seats 4+ separates the large vaulted ceiling living room. 2 couches and large chair for lounging. Separate fold out table for games or puzzles- which there are lots of. Big Smart TV, Roku/ Netflix/Crave. DVD player and a mix of DVDs to watch. Unlimited Internet/Wifi. Electric fire place. Ceiling fan. -large windows overlooking the back yard and lake. -large screened in porch for lake view dinning away from bugs. Propane BBQ. And seating area next to 4 person hot tub. The Bunkie;(Only available with bookings of 6 or more/ not available After Thanks Giving to March break) - one bedroom has comfortable queen bed, 2 bedside tables with lights and phone charge port, closet. Fan. -second bedroom has upper and lower single bunk bed, and closet. Fan. -A bathroom with composting toilet and foot pump water sink. (instructions posted- its easy and helps the environment). Bunkie now has A/C in common area. The property has 3 separate out door patio furniture areas with lots of seating. Steps leading down to private Dock (NO diving off dock). A # of bikes (no helmets-bring your own). A fire pit - we supply free wood- Do Not bring wood from other places (note Burn Permit rules apply). And a large front grassy yard with table/ seating area and room to play-kids swing set; badminton etc available. Lots of sun and shade areas. Just 10 minutes to Brighton shopping, bowling, summer theater, Presquile Park, restaurants, parks, tennis, golf, etc. About 10 mins to Colburn- The Big Apple, antiques. 5 mins to Hwy 2 country route and many country/ farm markets. 20 mins to Trenton Air Base/ Museum, parks, shopping, movies. 30 mins to Campbellford markets, shopping, Trent river. About an 45 mins. to Wine country and PEC. So much to see and do. We provide local maps and information. Please due to Covid rules Google places to confirm hours and access information. | We just returned from another wonderful stay at Daphne's Rejuv'd Relics Retreat. Our week was perfect yet again. The cottage is well stocked with a wide variety of water, beach and land toys, to please any summer vacationer. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cooking tools. We love our stays, and Daphne is always quick to reply to a text or a phone call. The sunsets from the screened-in dinning room, the sun-porch, or the dock, are always spectacular. There is always 4 to 6 of us, and there's plenty of room for all. The lake is the big ticket for us. The water is crystal clear with a nice sandy bottom. We spent most of our days in and around the water, and loved every minute of it. Can't wait to go back again!

| Lots of things to do in this cottage. We enjoyed kayaking in the lake, which is pretty shallow and very clear with a sandy bottom. This year they added a hot tub, which we soaked in at least once a day. The kitchen was well stocked, the owner very friendly and helpful. The screened in porch is also a fantastic feature, great for dining and enjoying the spectacular sunsets without being eaten alive by mosquitoes. Would definitely come back sometime.

| very nice and well maintained cottage has lots of activities on site...owner also mentioned lots of places to go not far away for things to do ... amenities nearby... Daphne very friendly made us feel quite welcome and she brought anything we needed that had run out... nice sandy bottom lake... very peaceful there even though Hwy 401 fairly close it didn't interfere. Enjoyed campfires and even the occasional firefly that we haven't seen in years. Cottage has nice areas to relax in both sun/shade whichever you prefer.

| A very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Daphne was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the place. The place has something for everyone....the kids had a blast and so did the dog. Well equipped and comfortable. The lake was beautiful, clean and safe. The biggest plus was that we were not bitten by mosquitoes and insects. Will be back and will surely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!!
