Unplugged and feeling groovy!
Bright and inviting, this recently renovated four-bedroom cottage offers a large living room with comfortable seating for up to nine people. There is a classic wood-burning fireplace as well as satellite television and a lovely open view of the lake. Also on the main floor, is a well-equipped kitchen, with new appliances, and dining area with a large wood table, great for working on a puzzle with seating for six. There is a two-piece bathroom on this level of the cottage.
The screened in sunroom is at the side of the cottage offering cool breezes and a quiet place to slip away to, enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book. The deck is has lots of space to enjoy a nice meal while taking in the beautiful views of the lake.
On the upper level, there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the other two bedrooms both have a queen beds and a set of bunkbeds with singles on top and bottom. The three-piece bathroom is down the hall and has a tub/
shower combo.
The lower level of the cottage has a den and a three-piece bathroom plus a family room for watching a movie and cozying up by the electric fireplace. This room also offers large windows with view of the lake and a walk-out to a hot tub, on a stone patio for outdoor dining and relaxing in the shade of the deck.
Steps from the cottage is a large firepit surrounded by soft sand and enough seating for ten people. Continuing down the gradual slope of the property to the waterfront there are approximately 16 stone steps that lead to the shoreline and a 8x24ft dock. To the right of the cottage property is a sandy beach area that is available for guests to enjoy. There is a canoe, two kayaks, a paddleboat and lily pad for water adventures.
This lovely country-chic cottage has everything needed for a relaxing, fun, cottage vacation. The town of Magnetawan is a quick 15 minute drive away and a local general store, known for their home-baked goods and delicious take-out pizzas, is only a five minute drive from the cottage. If you want to explore Ahmic Lake, renowned for its large walleye it is only a picturesque 20 minute drive away and offers great fishing and boating.

**Check-in after 4:00pm --- Check-out before 10:00am
**Vacationer to supply their own linens: Sheets, pillowcases + kitchen, bath and beach towels.
**Adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns
**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.
