VACATION AT BEAUTIFUL LONG POINT with water access to Long Point Bay, 2022. COSY TWO BEDROOM COTTAGE SUITABLE FOR A FAMILY OF 4-5. *available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday from June through September.* Some partial weeks may be available in Nay, June and September only. Two night minimum stay. Thank you to all new and previous patrons. Note: Rentals will only be available from Saturday to Saturday during July and August. To ensure proper cleaning, check out time is 10 AM and check in time is 3 PM. Surfaces will be disinfected but it is suggested that each renter does the same upon arrival for protection. Please bring your own pillows and bedding as they will not be provided. Boat ramps are now open as are most Long Point amenities. Cottage amenities: AC, wi-fi, full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, queen sized bed, single / double bunk-beds, tea towels, well-equipped kitchen, satellite TV with DVD player. Patio set and BarBQ outside. Wifi is available upon request and for a fee.
Located on channel where there is room on the sea wall for your boat. Less than a five minute walk to sandy beach and ice cream shop. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING..... bedding (Q,D,S) towels, pillows and any required paper products.
Fees: $200 booking and damage deposit at time of booking. $1400 per week Saturday to Saturday ($900 during off season) due upon arrival. $200 deposit is returned at end of stay (Saturday)

| Great cottage with all the amenities and secured area for the boat to tie up. Appreciated the sheltered area off the boat house during the hot or rainy days and a great wooden deck off the back, sheltered from the wind. Look forward to renting it again next year!
