| We recently had an opportunity to rent this lovely cottage again for a week. Since our stay last year, Patrick has updated both bathrooms. The tub in the main bathroom has been replaced with a large walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, a new sink and vanity, and lots of additional cupboard space for towels and toiletries. In addition, a smaller walk-in shower has been added to the ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom. This cottage is spacious, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything you may need for a holiday. The lake views are beautiful and very relaxing. We enjoyed watching the fishing boats come in with their daily catch. Dining at Taylor's Fish and Chips is a must (we actually ate there twice). We also enjoyed an afternoon stroll along the boardwalk at Point Pelee National Park. Both Patrick and his property manager, Randy, are quick to respond to any concerns, and are a pleasure to work with. We look forward to renting this cottage again soon.

| This cottage is all we have wanted in a rental. Large well kept space inside, deck with BBQ, plenty of outdoor space. Patrick has made sure you have all the amenities of home like wi-fi, tv, radio, central air pot, pans and dishes, bedding and blankets to mention a few. And there is even a fireplace for cool nights. The 1.5 bathrooms and three bedrooms made it convenient for us with plenty of room. There are some games in the cottage too which we enjoyed. The view is amazing and we spent much time on the waterside deck watching boats, birds and just relaxing by the fire. Almost daily we took a 2 minute walk up the road to a beach with much privacy. We also visited Point Peele beach at a 15 min drive. Believe me if you need some relaxation this is the place. So many places to visit like the wineries, trails, parks , or a boat ride to Peele Island! This was our second year and without a doubt we will be returning. Patrick is an amazing host and Randy is a wonderful caretaker who was there to greet us and has always responded in a moments notice with answers, directions and ideas. I would recommend this place to all. What a great place it is! Thank you Patrick and Randy!

| We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying at Leamington- Wheatley Sunrises and Sunsets. The cottage was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and provided lots of space for prep work. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated that linens and towels were supplied. Meals and games of cards were enjoyed at the large dining room table overlooking the lake. The highlight of this cottage is the gorgeous view of the lake. We spent many an afternoon lazing in the shade, or sitting on the sunny deck while looking out over the sparkling waters of Lake Erie. Listening to the sweet sound of songbirds and the tinkling of wind chimes in the warm breeze added to our contentment. We also delighted in watching out for all the fishing boats as they returned to the harbour with their daily catch. Such a blissful way to recharge one's batteries! The cottage is conveniently located to parks, trails, and Pelee Island. If you're in the mood for a night off from kitchen duty, a trip to Taylor's Fish and Chips is highly recommended! We tried the perch, walleye, and shrimp, and all were fresh and delicious! The owner, Patrick, and Randy, the cottage property host, were a pleasure to deal with, and answered any questions or concerns promptly and efficiently. We would definitely consider renting this property again in the future.
