Monthly winter rental available - Oct to May

Our beautiful fully winterized, three bedroom, one bathroom well-kept cottage is just one street away from the lovely Lake Erie beach. The lake is very shallow at the edge with a long sandy beach that gives visitors plenty of space.
The cottage sleeps six and has room for three vehicles. An open living area and kitchen space are separate from the bedrooms and bathroom, which includes a standup shower. A small bar room with an extra fridge leads to a brand new sunroom at the back of the cottage that vacationers will fall in love with.
Fully air conditioned with the option of turning on the heat during chilly evenings, the cottage includes a new propane barbecue out back to make meal cooking easy. There is one main fridge, a smaller bar fridge, a 12-cup coffee maker and although there is no cable or satellite, the cottage does include FIBE high-speed internet and a Google Chromecast.
Renters are responsible for their own linens, towels, dish cloths, etc. One propane tank will be supplied for the week. There is a fire pit and chairs out back but fire wood is not supplied.
During the summer peak rental time (late June to early September, check dates on rates tab), check-in is 2 p.m. each Saturday with check-out at 10 a.m. the following Saturday. Weekend, week-long and monthly rentals are also available during off-peak time (early September to late June, check dates on rates tab) with prices available upon request.
Local wineries, water sports, golfing and wooded trails along with playgrounds and zip lining are minutes away. The area also offers several local eateries that won't leave you disappointed. For boaters, the marina is a quick drive down the main street that will have you at your slip in 10 minutes.
