Beautiful wide open lake views await you in this multi-level home or cottage in northern Muskoka's premier 5 lake chain with 40 miles of boating pleasure on scenic Lake Cecebe and through the Magnetawan River system. Boat through the historic lock system at Mgnetawan to the beauty of Ahmic Lake. Enjoy great fishing, swimming, hiking or just relax to the call of the loons.

This cottage features an open concept main floor living and family room with multiple walkouts to the large lakeside deck. Sought after south western exposure will give you warm summer sun on the deck most of the afternoon. Imagine preparing an intimate summer barbeque with friends and family then sitting down to enjoy dinner and watch the sun go down.
Main living area and functional kitchen with centre island is bathed in sunlight through the large, floor to ceiling windows. However, if it gets too warm or bright, there are retractable blinds to cool things down. An additional sitting room for reading or playing board games provides a space those wanting some quiet time. Three well appointed bedrooms and a 3-piece bathroom round out the main floor. Lake facing lower level has a games room which includes a pool table, dart board, floating bar, cozy fireplace and 55" t.v. There is a walk out to the lawn and down to the waterfront. The lower deck area boasts an outdoor hot tub where you can enjoy lakeside views and relax
On the lower level, you will find a very spacious 4th bedroom which includes a double and single bunk bed, bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. A gentle sloping Muskoka stone walkway takes you down to the waterfront with 140 feet of shoreline. With a 60 foot long dock for docking a boat and for jumping off as it is 5 feet deep at the end. The dock ladder also permits easy access to the lake. Sand bottomed shoreline with granite outcroppings gently drops off into the lake so it's a great location for kids to play. Our water source is from a well so is safe to drink.
This property is ideal for a couple, family or extended family with grandparents and very suitable for active seniors. The house is very comfortable with 10 guests. Due to the multi levels, it does not lend itself to anyone with mobility issues.

There is a Breville Cappucino and Espresso machine. Guests are expected to bring their own linens, pillows and towels. Cottage is a 100% NON SMOKING. Pets must be pre-approved. Potential guests are required to complete a Rental Application Form. Rental period is Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. Weekly rentals only from July 1 to September 5th.
