The Blue Heron in St Joseph, just 10 min north of Grand Bend, 3 plus 2 bedroom 3 bath, capacity 8

The Blue Heron at 72632 Duke Cr, St Joseph (Zurich) is lakeside, a short walk to the community access beach. There are 2 beaches within a min drive, Sararass and St Joseph Beach. Grand Bend Beach is a 10 min drive south. 3 plus 2 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have a queen and 1 has en en suite bath. The third bedroom has a bunk bed set and 2 doubles (this could be a king if put together). The second living area can be living room or bedroom with a separate outdoor entrance, 2 pull out double futons and ensuite bathroom. The main living area has a double pull out futon. The sunroom has a double pull out futon. 3 full bathrooms, one has a tub/shower and there is an outdoor shower with hot water to wash off the sand. This house rents May/June monthly for $2400/mo Monthly July/August for $5000/mo.
Capacity is 8. The cottage has lots of parking, wifi, natural gas BBQ, central air and back yard fire pit. Linen, blankets, pillows, bath towels: all are NOT provided. The kitchen is stocked to cook and serve. I do have some spices and seasoning basics, tea, coffee, coffee beans, kettle, coffee maker, tea pot, coffee bean grinder and a french coffee press. Cleaning supplies are provided, paper towel and toilet paper to get you started. Please leave the cottage as you found it, there is NO cleaning fee.
There is a fire pit and back yard chairs and picnic table. The back deck has an outdoor shower with hot water. There is a beach access in the subdivision that is about a minute walk away. There are 2 beaches within a minute drive. We are licensed as a Short Term Rental in Bluewater. BWSTR23-120. No reviews yet on this site, we are new to advertize on Cottages in Canada. The Chamber of Commerce with lots to do including water sport rentals, marina, golf, mini golf, live theatre, wineries, breweries, outdoor entertainment, shopping. https://grandbendchamber.ca/ Masse's produce in the summer is about a 2 min drive and there is a gas station about a min drive. There is a playground in the subdivision
Grand Bend has Sunday evening concerts on the beach in July/August. We have a Pinery Park pass you can borrow which gets a carload into the Pinery Provincial Park.
