| We really enjoyed our stay @Aussie's Hideaway ;
the communication with Andrea was very easy, she promptly answered all my questions and provided all the needed info;
the cottage is spacious and clean, has everything ( indoors & outdoors) you need for a comfortable stay; honestly it looked better in real life than in the pictures;
the lot is very big and secured, our two dogs enjoyed it tremendously ;
this part of the lake is very quite, perfect for relaxation;
overall , it was an amazing week and we are already planning to do it again next summer!

| the location is perfect 90 minutes from Ottawa , Beautiful scenery and lake .
The lake is warm and and there is a dock but it was silty, There are kayaks paddle boards paddle boats life jackets and more provided. The entrance to the water is a little rocky my feet are not good on rocks. lol ... The lot is situated perfectly . Very quiet has a great outdoor firepit.
The cottage has absolutely everything. Huge family and kitchen area combined 3 good size bedrooms and a sun room with games and activities galore for rainy days or just because.
There is lots of room outside for the dog to run and it was clean The dogs also loved the water for swimming .. their first time ... they would swim to middle of lake just because.
We Had easy access to trailer our boat in the water and during the week there was no one on the water but us or so it seemed. The lake is shallow but great for tubing..
everything you could need in a kitchen is provided and then some.
The owner is very accessible if needed thank you . The kids enjoyed the netflix pre bed.
There was no clothesline but there was a huge deck for hanging .
I got brownie points from my sons for selecting this cottage... and yes I would select it again

| De retour d'une fabuleuse semaine au lac Cameron. Chalet très spacieux, propre et entièrement équipé pour la cuisine, le BBQ, le kayaking, le paddleboard.
Long quai solide qui permet de s'y déposer.
Nous avons apprécié avoir à la fois le confort et l'isolement que la nature nous offre. Les poissons, couleuvres, grenouilles, huards et oiseaux multiples étaient au rendez-vous.
Malgré la vase, l'eau du lac est limpide et remplie de poissons.
J'y retournerais sans hésitations.

| This cottage is located on one of the best lots on the lake. Super quiet and we enjoyed listening to the loons and blue jays. The grassy gradual slope into the lake is ideal for those with young kids. Plenty of room to spread out and play yard games. We brought our 20' boat to launch and had very little issue getting it into or out of the lake. The cottage is well appointed with everything you may needs. Wifi is available, although in hindsight, I should have told the kids it wasn't working and turned it off. We love to swim and enjoy the water. The silt in this end of lake limits swimming off the dock, but if you have small kids and/or prefer to enjoy the water on top of a kayak or canoe, then the sandy shallow entry is perfect for you. Fishing was slow but some great bass were caught and thrown back to grow. Thanks again!

| This area is absolutely amazing for a family cottage adventure, the water is super clean and calm as you are nestled in a mini bay area, which is amazing for water activities with younger kids. The paddle board and kayaks were used consistently by our children and for first timers the calm waters made it super easy! The dragon fly population on the property itself makes for an even better mosquito free experience, inside the cottage was equally amazing! ( not that we spent much time inside) plenty of room for everyone and everything you would need for a rainy day or game night type evening. All and all it was an absolutely amazing stay and we will 100% be returning next summer!
