Sunset Water's Edge is the perfect four season lakeside getaway to relax and unwind with family and friends. This beautiful space is located on the south end of Bob's Lake, providing activities for all ages. Enjoy the comfort inside with a cozy fireplace or escape outside on the large dock overlooking breathtaking sunsets. Cozy up with your morning coffee on the balcony outlooking the lake.
Bob's lake offers great fishing, swimming and several kilometres of boating.
Located 45 minutes north of the 401.

Things to know for your stay:
- Please childproof the cottage for your children or animals.
- If you have brought along a pet, please be sure to clean up after the pet inside and out. Please keep pets off the furniture, especially the beds and couches
- Remember that there are wild animals in the area. Keep all garbage in the cottage. Wash out recycling and store food in the cottage.
- The road is a great place for a walk. Please keep your speed low when driving as many of our neighbours walk with small children and pets.
- Campfires must be supervised by an adult and extinguished before leaving them. Have a pail of water to protect against ground fires. Please bring own firewood or you can use any naturally fallen wood on the other side of the road in front of the cottage. Please follow fire ban rules. If you are unsure, google South Frontenac township fire bans to see what the current rules are.
- We request that you be respectful of neighbours and keep your volume down, especially at night.
- The yellow and red kayak is available for your use as well as the blue paddleboat and standup paddleboard. Please practice water safety and use the life jackets provided. Leave water toys as you found them.
- There is a water mat on top of the dock. It is available to put in the water if you'd like to use it ? please take out of the water and put on dock when leaving (it should remain tied to dock)
- Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet, no paper towel, feminine products, etc. as we are on a septic tank
- It is recommended to use plastic cups when taking drinks outside
- Furnace room is located across from the bathroom on the main floor. Please keep out of this room as we have personal belongings in here.
- Small kitchen appliances can be found in the pantry in the kitchen
- The TV has Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime app to watch shows or movies on a rainy day.
- There is a marina on the lake, Pineshores Marina, about a 15 minute drive from the cottage
- If your cell phone provider is Bell, you may lose service about 15 minutes out from the cottage
- The water is drinkable, from both the fridge and tap
- Turn off all propane after using
- The property has security cameras outside at the front and back for everyone's safety
- Garbage and recycling behind bbq and at the side of the cottage in tall wooden cupboard
- Recycling for cans behind barbecue, can crusher beside barbecue
- If cottage garbages get full, put the bags in green garbage bag and put garbage bag in the steel container behind barbecue. Be sure to use the provided ratchet strap to secure lid in place due to wildlife lurking
- Life jackets, chair cushions and extra lawn chairs in deck box ? please put back before leaving or if it is going to rain
- Please be careful on the front walkway as it gets slippery when it is wet
- Leave paddleboard upside down when not in use
- Please let us know when the propane is empty
