| Colleen is a wonderful host and so accommodating. The Lake House is gorgeous and has everything any guest could need. We live on the Bruce so local attractions are not as important to us but the Grotto, National Park and Singing Sands are nearby and so incredible. Tobermory is minutes away and there is a wonderful new Foodland along with several restaurants. Our main attraction was fishing?and that was great! A mess of perch and small mouth Bass?secondary is birding and again not a disappointment. And super moon rising over the lake?wow!

| I have been coming to Bruce Peninsula for about 30 years, so I have a pretty good idea what works for me. This property was perfect - whether it's for a family with younger kids or as an adult adventure. The house and amenities were exactly as described, and Colleen was very attentive as I had a question and her response was immediate. I like to spend my days being outdoors - hiking, kayaking, swimming, biking and then after, enjoy creature comforts like a full kitchen, the screened in porch, the pristine lakefront, the fire pit and of course, the delightfully comfortable beds. A wonderful balance: I will be back. Thank you, Colleen, it was most wonderful.

| My stay at the Family Lake House was a fantastic experience. Situated right on the water's edge, the cottage offered breathtaking views of the pristine Cameron lake, which was perfect for early morning coffee and sun rises. The cottage itself was immaculately maintained, with a cozy and stylish interior that seamlessly blended with its natural surroundings. The living area provided stunning lake views, while the spacious screened in deck offered an ideal spot for dining and lounging outdoors.
The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and the comfortable bedrooms ensured restful nights. The highlight of the property was the dock and sandy beach area, perfect for fishing, swimming, or simply enjoying the serene waters. The shallow walk out into the lake is perfect for families of little ones too. The calm, crystal-clear lake was inviting and perfect for a refreshing swim or a leisurely paddle.
The owners were incredibly thoughtful and provided helpful local tips and a detailed guide to the area. Their attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. The Family Lakehouse in Tobermory is a true gem for anyone looking to immerse themselves in natural beauty and relaxation. I highly recommend it for a rejuvenating lakeside escape.

| What a wonderful time we had at this cottage on our girls getaway! We felt right at home almost immediately. The location couldn't have been more convenient and central! Only a few minutes drive to everything: into town, the supermarket, the Grotto and other magical places you'd want to visit on the Bruce peninsula. The entire cottage was squeaky clean, and quite spacious for the five of us. Kitchen was very well equipped. BBQ easily accessible. Bedrooms were very nice. Comfy mattresses and clean linens. Bathrooms were spotless. The view of the lake was magnificent from the terrace. Was so special to enjoy our meals outdoors every day with that view. Was such a calm and peaceful location, with minimal traffic on the lake. Some of us even did our morning stretches and yoga by the lake! The dock was sturdy and safe, and deck chairs were there waiting for us! Great place to enjoy our morning coffee as the sun rose. Although we didn't have any children with us, the cottage is well set up for families as well. I have already recommended it my nieces who have young families themselves. Thank you Colleen, for our first, but not last, girls trip to your beautiful cottage in Tobermory. You are a great host!
