Crystal Beach is only a 70 minute drive from Hamilton/Burlington. Bay Beach has a raked sandy beach with a slow gradual entrance easy for young and older children. Bay beach is only 3-4 min (1000 steps) from the cottage. Beach passes included for all renter over 12. Cottage sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms (6 adults max) with one bathroom (3 piece, huge shower). Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed & double/twin bunk. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. All 3 bedroom have a window AC. In the living room, there is a large sofa and a single sofa bed plus a huge AC. Unlimited WIFI with 55 inch smart TV with Bell Fibe TV, Crave TV and Prime Video (bring your own Netflix account). Back room includes full-size washer, dryer, laundry tub and second full size fridge/freezer. Owner provides extra beach towels if needed, 5 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, small beach cooler and 2 wagons for transporting beach items. This cottage has a large deck with a propane fire pit, BBQ with utensils (propane included). A variety of board games, card games and lawn games are provided. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Dining area with table and seating for 6 (additional chairs for 8). Large screened sunroom (20 x 12) with table and seating for 6-8 people well lit for dining in or playing table games a night. Also a sitting area (love seat and wicker chair) for reading or chatting while relaxing to the breeze off the lake . All rooms, including the sunroom, have ceiling fans. All bedrooms and the family room have window air conditioning. The cottage includes electric heaters (ceramic/electric heaters) for cooler evenings. The cottage is very bright and filled with natural light. A high chair, a store-and-go playpen or crib, and an infant bath tub are available if requested. Bath towels, kitchen towels, pillows, blankets, sheets and comforters are all provided. No pets are allowed and no smoking in cottage or sunroom. Note that this cottage is not 100 percent
