Nestled just steps (1 MIN WALK) from the sandy shores of Turkey Point Beach and over-looking the channel, this charming five-bedroom, four-season cottage offers the perfect beach town escape. With its beautifully landscaped exterior, covered porch and prime location, the cottage exudes a modern beach house vibe from the moment you arrive. The cottage is newly updated and kept meticulously clean. As you step inside, you're greeted by an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The living room features cozy furnishings, large smart tv and a stone fireplace (remote operated) - ideal for cool evenings. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space for preparing homemade meals with ingredients from local farm stands. NO SMOKING OR PETS PERMITTED inside cottage! Ask about small pets. The kitchen is equipped with large builtin fridge/ freezer, stove, dishwasher and fully stocked with the following for your convenience: pots and pans, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, blender and all dish ware for a large group. Plastic cups and dish ware for kids also available. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and 3 at the kitchen counter.
The exterior features a covered porch with fan and additional remote-operated awing that extends over lower sitting area, great for evening sun coverage on upper deck. BBQ, fire pit and outdoor dining area and SEASONAL ONLY hot tub and outdoor cedar shower. The area is known for its Biking/Hiking Trails and many Wineries and Breweries a close drive away. Just minutes from the cottage, you can also find Golf courses, Zip lining, KiddieLand (play park), local restaurants and water sports.
Execulink High speed WiFi, Central A/C & Heat, all Bedrooms are all equipped with fans. NO FOOD OR DRINKS allowed in bedrooms, ONLY water.
This cottage is a family oriented cottage. Please note no loud parties will be tolerated. Failure to respect this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Outdoor security cameras. Parking in our driveway, infront of shed by hot tub and overflow on grass infront of cottage on channel side ONLY.
WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY for the months of July and August. Weekends or nightly rates available other months. Weekly Rentals run from Friday to Friday with check in time of 3 pm and check out by 11 am.
