Charming, newly renovated cottage ! Welcome to Parlee Beach ! - at the heart of Shédiac and steps away from soft sand, warm water and fun in the sun. This cozy cottage is decorated very tastefully for your comfort in mind , Large living room with television, dvd, internet and AC. Has two bedrooms, large master bedroom with a queen size bed , the other with a double bed. New Bathroom with stand up shower, linens and towels included , well-equiped kitchen with everything you will need for you stay . Backyard surrounded with large trees, a large screened in patio for outdoor dinning, and side patio as well as front patio. Propane BBQ and also outdoor furniture. The cottage is minutes away from downtown Shédiac, with its restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores, tennis courts, walking and biking trails. It's a 6-8 minute walk to the warm waters of Parlee Beach, where you can swim, walk the beach or simply relax in the nice surroundings. Many other tourist attractions are close by and can be done in day trips (20 minutes from Moncton, 45 minutes to Confederation Bridge to Prince Edward Island and our Pays de La Sagouine ). Hopewell rocks and Fundy Park can be done in a day trip. If you are looking for a relaxing time close to the beach, in a nice cozy cottage, this place is ideal for you. A great place to spend your next vacation! Rented from Saturday to Saturday. No pets or Smoking. No tents allowed. | I've stayed at the cottage 2 yrs in a row. The cottage is settled in a prime area, nestled among other cottages and homes. It was quiet and there seemed to be no nozy neighors, people kept to themselves. It is only a 5-10 min lazy, meandering walk to spectacular Parlee Beach, the Pier, and Captain Dan's and only 20 min from Moncton. There was loads of parking at the cottage with 2 entrances to load/unload. The kitchen had what was needed. We used the barbeque every night and ate outdoors in the screened in verandah and occasionally inside. Lucky to have the screened in verandah as it rained but we could still be outside. Nice and cozy. The full bathroom is clean and large and the beds were really comfortable. The host is cottage-proud, caring about the maintenance and personalizing it. Wish I owned it!

| Nous avons passé une agréable semaine au Chalet d'Eliane très bien décoré, nous avons très apprécié le salorium, ou gazebo nous avons adopté cette endroit . Pointe du Chêne est un endroit à découvrir , sentier, le port , la plage à Parlee qui est tout prêt et situé à 2 minutes de Shediac .

| Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce chalet bien aménagé et tranquille. Très propre, à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la plage. Près aussi de la ville de Shediac.

| Nous avons adoré notre semaine au chalet. Il est tres confortable, tres tranquille. C'etait notre deuxieme fois a ce chalet, et les renovations apportent enormement au confort. Nous avons rien a dire de negatif, tout etait parfait.

| Ce chalet est parfait! On s'y sent chez soi! Super bien situé au quai de Pointe du Chêne, à 5 minutes de marche de la superbe plage de Parlee! J'ai beaucoup apprécié toutes les commodités, comme le BBQ, la terrace, tout y est! Super propre et décoré pour donner un atmosphère détendu et confortable. Je vais sûrement y retourner!
