Newly furnished, this property offers 3300 sq ft with 5 fully furnished bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 2 bathrooms just added in 2024. 4 bedrooms on the second floor. 2 of the bedrooms complete with bathrooms, with 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub in the main hallway. The Master suite is complete with ensuite bathroom, shower and jacuzzi tub, walkout to balcony with sitting area overlooking Georgian Bay. Main floor features a large open to above living room with a 62" widescreen tv, dvd, gas fireplace and windows with breathtaking views of the sandy beach and Georgian Bay Main floor is tiled with 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with King Bed and a 3 pce ensuite. Games room / childrens play room with a television has a walkout to deck with Brand New hot tub. Main Floor has a laundry room with New front load washer and dryer.
Dream kitchen complete with granite countertops, island with breakfast bar, large sitting area, patio french doors with a walkout to concrete patio with natural gas bbq and a New large deck with sitting area.

| Well we were very fortunate to be able to reserve the cottage once again. We all truly enjoyed the area, the house and all it has to offer. It truly is amazing and our grand kids absolutely loved it. We all hope that we will be able to return again next year.

| We were at the property for one week along with our two daughters and families. Our 3 young grandchildren loved it and had a fantastic time. So did we. Only negative, should have stayed longer if available. Property right on beach so available whenever any of us wanted. They provided everything one could ask for. A fantastic games room and we all enjoyed it. Kids especially. Absolutely beautiful area and the house was amazing. We would love to go back. Never been to the area before and it is beautiful and lots of things close by.

| Vacationed with 2 other families in July of 2019. The space was able to accommodate all of us comfortably. The rooms are all spacious and clean. The kids play room provided a comfortable space for the young children to explore. The kitchen has updated appliances, an espresso machine, a beer fridge and ample space for food prep. The BBQ and hot tub were in perfect working order. The owner was very accommodating and available to us if we needed them. The only negative is that water shoes must be worn in the water as the entrance is very rocky. We plan on returning to this cottage in the near future.

| Our extended family, 3 families in total, including 4 kids, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were very spacious as was the living space. The separate playroom/hangout for the kids was great! The kitchen was beautiful and extremely well equipped. The outdoor space allowed for all of us to easily sit outside to enjoy a meal or relax on the deck. The beach was beautiful and the water was super clear. The bottom is rocky so swimming shoes are required, however, our kids didn't wear them and didn't seem to mind at all. The outdoor fire pit was perfectly located with lots of chairs that were easily moved for us all to enjoy. I would highly recommend this cottage. The owners were great to work with and very responsive to questions both prior to our stay and during our stay.

| My family and I just returned from an amazing week at this cottage. The cottage itself is beautiful and well equipped including a playroom for the kids, hot tub and tons of space. Between the huge beach, swimming, games and backyard play set the kids had a blast and were exhausted at the end of every night. We can't wait to come back next year!
