This is truly a 'Canadiana style' cedar sided chalet cottage nicely nestled into the surrounding trees, offering privacy and a 'Window on the Bay' view of Colpoy's Bay. Water access is approx. 200 ft. from the cottage, just down the street. There will also be a dock to enjoy for the 2023 season! This cottage is a beautifully finished and tastefully decorated; 1600 ft of living space, offering all the wonderful charm and warmth a cottage should have. The main focal point of the open concept living/ kitchen and dining area is the newly installed cobblestone gas fireplace. The cottage features a nice dining nook with a view of the Bay, a large main floor master bedrooom with adjacent washroom, laundry area and a fully equipped and beautifully trimmed kitchen, making every moment a pleasurable memory!
The upstairs feature two large faulted ceiling bedrooms with closets and a large bathroom with a separate shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck while taking in the breezes and water of Colpoy's Bay!
There is nothing more soothing than soaking in a Hot Tub while watching the sunset. Or perhaps just relax on the covered deck area with your favorite book. Just walk about 100 feet to the water's edge and enjoy and refreshing dip in crystal clear Georgian Bay/ Colpoy's Bay sit and watch an evening sunset. Whatever your pleasure at the cottage, it is sure to be found right here at the Georgian Bay Retreat!
The cottage is being rented by the by the week from Friday to Friday, with cleaning being conducted between weeks, on Friday between 1030am to 330pm. Weekend rentals are also available during the designated seasons, but not during the summer. Thank you.

| We have vacationed at this cottage every year for 5 years now. Often twice a year, in winter and summer, and this year we stayed three times in winter, summer and fall. It has become our vacation home away from home in all seasons.
The cottage provides a great place for our extended family to come and enjoy summer at the lake with its superior accommodations and amenities. In winter we share the quiet snowy outdoors with another couple and then retire to the cozy warmth of the cabin thanks to the beautiful gas fireplace. The fall is a perfect time to walk the local trails seeing the trees in their beautiful colourful best and the millions of stars at night.
When you combine the attractions of the surroundings and the amenities offered by the cottage with extras like a year round hot tub, private dock and quiet surroundings on a safe, quiet road. Also while other rentals require you to vacuum and generally clean everything the morning you leave, you need not spoil your last morning and can spend your time enjoying a last coffee by the lake. This summer we moored our new fishing boat at the private dock and the grandkids fished to their hearts content. Lastly, the host Gary is always ready and willing to ensure our stay is nothing less than a perfect experience.
We very much recommend Georgian Bay Retreat.

| We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It made us feel immediately at home when we opened the door. It had everything we needed. Rooms are clean and well organized.
The abundance of amenities such as the BBQ, Dock, Fire pit, Hot Tub, Kayak, and more, brought endless joy to both the kids and adults in our group.

| Staying at this cottage in Georgian Bluffs was a dream come true. The location is unbeatable?amidst stunning natural beauty with a view of the lake that takes your breath away.
The cottage itself is a perfect mix of rustic charm and modern conveniences. High-speed Wi-Fi, top-notch kitchen appliances, and cozy interiors made it a comfortable stay for us.
What set this experience apart was the outstanding service. The hosts were attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering local recommendations.
For the children, this place was an outdoor paradise?safe for exploring, hiking, and stargazing. The property had plenty of activities to keep them entertained while we could relax and unwind.
In summary, Georgian Bluffs provided the ideal backdrop for a family getaway. We left feeling rejuvenated and are already planning our next stay. Highly recommended!

| Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. It is in a great location with so much to do in the area. Everything was very clean and the layout offers a nice amount of space and privacy when needed. The hot tub was an especially nice feature, especially since we visited when the weather just started to turn Fall-like. We will definitely return. Good communication, prompt and cheerful responses prior to checking in.
