Friday, July 17th to Friday, July 24th - $2800 Sunday, August 16th to Sunday, August 23rd - $2800 This large summer house (over 3400 square feet) sits on a bluff with extraordinary views of both Lake Huron and the Maitland River. Steps to hiking, running and bike trails (GART Goderich to Guelph) and a short walk (850 m) to the beach. Come and spend some time in the historic town of Goderich and enjoy all summer has to offer. Four bedrooms (four doubles) large main bedroom with wrap-around windows overlooking the river valley. Two bathrooms, one with a large claw foot tub. Enjoy a glass of wine while soaking in the tub and looking out to see the breathtaking views. The main floor bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The sunroom with wrap-around windows and amazing views of both the lake and the Maitland River. It also has a table so you can have dinner looking at the best view in town! Huge two-level deck with a 6-8 person hot tub. Have a midnight hot tub and look at the beautiful stars. The summer house has a patio set and two large Muskoka chairs to relax on the deck and watch the hawks fly over the river valley. A patio table allows you to enjoy dinner and drinks on the deck. A fire pit and fenced- in yard complete the property. A great family vacation spot!
This is a fantastic rental if you have children or teens. The house is in walking distance to downtown where there is a movie theatre (2 screens), an ice-cream shop and restaurants. The summer house is within walking distance of the beach and boardwalk. Teens can easily walk to the beach to jump off the peer and swim in the crystal clear water. Goderich beach is beautiful with miles of sand and a board walk. There are many playgrounds for younger kids. Lots to do for everyone.

| We have been coming to Goderich View every year for the last five years. We love everything about it. This is a clean, roomy, comfortable home with a fantastic deck overlooking the river valley below, and outward to the harbour and beautiful Lake Huron. Sitting in the hot tub overlooking all this is absolutely magical. The house is in a perfect location amongst heritage homes and just a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre with its many shops and restaurants. There is so much to do here: beach is a short walk away, there are two golf courses in the area, including one in the valley below. Two public tennis courts are nearby. The town hosts farmers markets, antique markets, and evening concerts in the bandshells in town. Always lots going on. Janet is a great communicator and host.

| We have been regular visitors to Goderich View for the past few years and each time our stay has been wonderful! The fabulous views of the river and lake from the cottage and its central location close to the downtown square make it ideal for a summer getaway. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure a very clean, spacious and welcoming environment with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. We are already looking forward to our return next summer!

| What an amazing stay! The view from the deck from sunsets to watching shooting stars to lake views is one of the best in Goderich. Walking distance to the beach and downtown. We went to the town square farmer's market, shopping and walked the Maitland bridge trail all topped off with a night hot tub to relax. It was so clean and tidy and the amenities suited our needs perfectly. Definitely a vacation to treasure

| My wife and my parents had a fantastic relaxing week at Goderich View summer house. The house was spacious and immaculate with great views! Every day we walked to dinner, the farmer's and flea market, or drove down to the beach for the day. When we cooked we ate outside on the back deck overlooking the lake. The hot tub was so relaxing with amazing views of the river. We will be back soon! Thanks for the great week!
