On the deck, you can enjoy your morning coffee/ lunch or dinner amongst hummingbirds and woodpeckers facing the gorgeous backyard and the water ... outdoor lounge and dinning area .. There are numerous off-site activites available including great golfing, horseback riding , go-karts, mini golf, the locks, restaurants etc. Many amenities are also available in Minden. ( minutes from our street )groceries lcbo kawartha ice cream many more shops and spots .. Marinas in the area have seadoos and motorized boats for rental)

| My family had a great holiday at this beautiful cottage, better known as Villa Dimaria.
It had everything we could possibly ask for. There was lots of space inside - bedrooms for everyone, cooking and dining spaces, tv space, games room and both a deck and a patio outside. My kids and grandkids had lots of room to play ? volleyball, sand toys, a kiddie pool. We all especially loved the water front, sunbathing on the dock, jumping in for a swim. This location is perfect, close to Minden for shopping and other activities. Highly recommended.
