This southwest-facing, luxurious 3,000 square foot cottage is situated on Lake Joseph with over 200 feet of shoreline, panoramic view, and beautiful sunsets over the lake. It features a boathouse with a huge sundeck, a dock with clear, deep water for swimming and hard-packed sand for shallow entry. Split-level design accommodates generational separation and offers walkouts to the deck on the main floor or screened in porch from the walkout lower level. There are 5 bedrooms that accommodate 11 people comfortably, 4 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, family room, games room, and laundry room. You are just down the road from Rocky Crest resort and ClubLink golf course where fine dining awaits. Included are linens, towels, washer/ dryer, barbecue, patio furniture, fishing boat, life jackets, canoe, kayak, paddleboat, two TVs, DVD player, wireless internet, air conditioning, and a fire pit.The main floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
One bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, one bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite, and walkout to wrap-around deck with glass railings and magnificent view of the lake, another bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds.
The living room has a high ceiling, an oversized fireplace, a large TV, comfortable seating, and a walkout to the deck. The fully equipped kitchen has an island with seating for four and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a harvest table seating 8 and a walkout to the deck. The lower level has a family room with a TV and walkout to the screened-in porch, a bedroom with a double/twin bunk bed with walkout, a full bathroom, and a games room with ping pong table and walkout.
A gentle walk from the cottage takes you to the huge sundeck atop the boathouse affording all-day sun and sunsets over the lake. There is a 16 foot canoe, a 3-person paddle boat, a kayak and a wide-body Legend fishing boat with a 4 stroke, 9.9 hp Honda engine. The boathouse offers a fridge and storage space, paddles and lifejackets. There are comfortable chairs and loungers on the sundeck under a large umbrella. The dock offers privacy in a picturesque Muskoka setting and the perfect spot to watch children play in the shallow water with sandy bottom. Deep water at the end of the dock accommodates older swimmers.

| We have been renting this beautiful cottage from Mike and Maya for several summers now. They are wonderful hosts, and very responsive. The cottage itself is lovely, with all the amenities you could hope for. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are all large and spacious, a large comfortable deck, and it's easy for a family to all have enough space to relax in. The water here is amazing - no weeds, clear and easy to get in from either the shore or the dock. This cottage has everything we could wish for!

| It was our first time staying here this summer, and we had a larger group with three families including three children across ages 5 through 12. The cottage setup was amazing for us! the upper level worked great to entertain adults and the lower level with games room, muskoka room and TV room accommodated the kids and kept them busy during breaks from the water. The setup is perfect, and the water beautiful. Access to canoe, kayak and a small motor boat were perfect to explore the lake. Would 100pc. recommend staying here!

| We've rented from Mike and Maya for the last 3 years and their cottage on Lake Joe is great.
It is the perfect spot to enjoy swimming, boating and the best part is the sunsets, they are beautiful!
The cottage itself has everything you could possibly need on your home away from home vacation.
We will certainly be back again next summer!

| Our large family made some beautiful memories at Mike & Maya's cottage for two consecutive seasons until several new grandbabies pushed us beyond the capacity limit. We did not want to leave ? this cottage truly feels like home away from home.
The entire cottage is spotless, the kitchen is SO well appointed and being a large family with young children, it was handy to be able to 'spread out' when dining ? both at the spacious indoor seating area and the outdoor patio just off the kitchen. Having two full size fridges was also very convenient.
There's lots of space inside and out to relax, including the Muskoka sun room on the lower level.
All the water activities were a hit, the fishing boat was a nice addition and appreciated by our son-in-laws. The cottage is also on a quieter area of the lake which is nice. The sunsets were beautiful.
Don't miss out ? we highly recommend this cottage!

| This is a very well appointed cottage. Everything you need for the kitchen is there and the beds were comfortable. With a group of 10, we appreciated having 4 bathrooms and never had any issues with having enough hot water. They had a good collection of DVDs for the kids to watch and some games they could play, along with use of the ping pong table. It was also nice that the kids could use the downstairs living area and the adults could have a quiet space on the main floor.
There is sun for the majority of the day on the top of the boat house with some comfortable loungers for you to use. The deck on the front of the cottage is also a great place to hang out earlier/later in the day or if it's windy by the water.
The location is great - not far from either Rosseau or Port Carling and Mactier is very close if you need to pick up groceries. You are right by Rocky Crest resort and the marina, which was convenient as we had a jet ski dropped off there for us to use.
We definitely recommend this cottage.
